Publishers frequently ask us how they can send secure, protected digital galleys to review organizations. Do you accept digital galleys for review? It’s a faster way to get galleys from publishers, and you can easily read on your favorite device without print galleys taking over your bookshelves!

NetGalley is offering online and print review organizations a way to easily accept digital galleys via NetGalley. See here for the list of Review Organizations on NetGalley.

If your review organization is selected for this service, we will:

• Highlight your review organization on NetGalley.com here, including a direct link to your site. (Email us for updated stats on our web visitors and daily traffic.)
• Promote that you accept digital galleys to our publishers in our regular communications.
• Cross-promote your Facebook page, if you wish (see NetGalley Facebook Page here).
• Provide you with sample language for your reviewers to include in their NetGalley profiles/bios.

There is no charge for review sites to participate. Note: this listing in no way affects individual galley approvals. Each publisher still has control over approving or declining each request. Currently, NetGalley is limiting this listing/promotion to established review organizations/websites. We reserve the right to decide which organizations are ultimately included on this page.

To become a listed review organization accepting NetGalley files, please:

• Fill out this form to submit your information to NetGalley.
• Add the following to your website: a NetGalley logo (click here or here) and guidelines for publishers to submit to you via NetGalley.
• Make sure to tell all your reviewers who are using NetGalley to put information about your organization in their Profile and Bio, so that publishers know they work with you!
• Note in your reviews when a title was submitted via NetGalley.
• Share reviews with the publisher via NetGalley (email us if you need help).

Review Policy: We happily accept digital galleys. We will consider all requests but we can't guarantee we'll review each book we receive. Reviews will be posted around the pub date, unless otherwise coordinated with the publicist. We are also open to hosting author interviews, contests and blog tours.
Why We Use NetGalley: NetGalley allows us to receive galleys from a variety of publishers and read those galleys on our e-readers. Plus, we live in New York and don't have room to store a physical TBR pile!
