Amazing story, kept this book me up all night.

Jacob Graywolf is a wolf shifter and Chief of the Tribal Police. He lives with his widowed mother, a Jewish woman who married an Indian wolf shifter who was murdered 30 years ago. That case is still cold, Jacob was only a child when it happened and he blocked it from memory to protect himself.

When a slew of missing and murdered Native American women starts on his territory, the FBI sends one of their own to help out. Not everyone accepts her help on the taskforce, but Jacob's relieved for the help.

FBI Special Agent Zena Adalwolf is a wolf shifter as well. Coming to work in Montana feels like the first home Zena has ever had. She's felt like a nomad ever since her 3 sisters were killed when she was in college and everyone in her Clan wished it she was in their place instead. She was supposed to join them that day on their hike, but decided to study instead. She has lived with survivors guilt ever since.

When she first meets Jacob, her wolf knows that he's her mate. Their connection was immediate after they first shook hands, only his feelings has him running scared.

When more Native American women are found murdered, the duo realize a serial killer is on the lose. To track him down, the realize their wolves need to be apart of this case. The killer knows nothing about their special town and when all the supernatural's gather together, he has nowhere to run.

A must read!!

Chief of Tribal Police Jacob Graywolf meets fellow wolf shifter FBI Special Agent Zena Adalwolf over the investigation of the murders of too many local women. He needs the help but is gobsmacked by the attraction between them. The story and the side issues is excellent as are the characters. This is the first I've read by the author. Too bad that the murders are too close to what is really happening. The fiction of the book is great.
I requested and received a temporary free ebook from Author Collective 20 via NetGalley. Thank you.

This story is about how the Chief of Tribal Police and 1 FBI officer team up to catch a serial killer who is killing Native American women! It just so happen that not only are the teamed up as law enforcement officers but they are mates as well.

An amazing one sitting read. Trigger warning, abuse against Native women. A suspenseful thriller with Jacob, a chief of police, meeting Zena, a FBI agent. Together they hunt a killer who has evaded capture. You will fall in love with the characters and the series. It is a standalone but if you are like me, you will go on the hunt for the other books in the series. I hope this isn't the last we see of the characters.

I love all of the books in the Hotel LaBelle series and have read them all each is a total stand alone so you can read them in any order just do yourself a favour and read them all you won't be disappointed.

With native american women disappearing (I actually read and article about this recently) it has been decided to set up a task force to investigate it At the head of this task force is Jacob Graywolf the Chief of Tribal Police also working this task force is FBI agent Zena Adalwolf. This is a story with many story lines all interwoven to become a story that has you unable to put it down As not only is a psychopath having to be tracked but a romance is blooming and once again the paranormal events that happen at the hotel.
