What a wonderfully penned, heartfelt contemporary romance Ms. London has delivered in this book with engaging main characters in a Thor look-alike hero and a sassy heroine, a fun-filled plot that had me laughing out loud and an ending that had me cheering for this couple to find their way back to each other. Really, in the end, it's clear how much these two heal each other and overcome their painful pasts that have made them feel as if they're not good enough.

With the main characters, Monroe Robinson is the type of woman that gets back up when life knocks her down. She's determined when she sets her mind to things and I liked how she turned things around for herself in getting what she wanted in life at the end of this book. While Ethan, I could understand his need to find his father and was hoping that everything would work out for him. Yet, instead, he found something -- or someone -- better and that person is Monroe. I also enjoyed everything he does for the heroine. He really helps her out when she needs it and is definitely the sort of man she needs in her life. Luckily, he's the complete opposite of her ex. Loyal. Trustworthy. One of the good guys.

Overall, Ms. London has me looking forward to more books set in this small town. Forever Falls is a warm, inviting place and just the place to find love and I can't wait to see who is in the next book.

Hello

Apologies for the late notice, but I have decided not to review this title. While I am certain it's obvious by now, I wanted to also clear this off NetGalley, so it's not showing as open for either of us.

I look forward to continuing to work with you in 2023 and beyond.

Forever Starts Now is a very sweet small-town romance between two likable characters. Monroe is divorced and has given up on finding her forever love and Ethan, a Chris Hemsworth look-alike, is in town looking for his birth father. They pretend to date to help the struggling diner Monroe manages and end up falling in love. It is a heartwarming and uplifting romance that is a perfect comfort read.

Take one sexy Australian, two main characters who no longer believe in love, and an adorable small town and you have a delightfully sweet romance you're going to want to add to your TBR.

Ethan Hammersmith is in America on a hunt to find his real father. His life back in Australia has basically exploded and the last thing on his mind is love.

Monroe Roberts is struggling to keep the diner afloat, she's divorced, and love is something she's put in the past for good. Or is it?

I loved that the chapters alternate between the main characters so you get to read what they're really thinking and feeling. This book has fake dating (one of my all-time favorite tropes), small-town romance, and completely loveable characters. Also, I can't go past a hero that's from Melbourne, Australia (where a lot of my family live). So if you haven't read this one yet, get on that!

Stefanie London has done it again. This small town romance has everything I love in a romance novel... with the added bonus of a Thor look-a-like! I laughed, I cried and I swooned. Can't wait for more books from this author.

This. Book. Was. ADORABLE! I loved the premise, I loved the characters, I loved the LOVE. The characters were relatable, witty, and the growth in each was beautiful. I'm a big fan of the "fake relationship" trope and this had that in spades! Add in a hot Australian who looks like a Hemsworth and you got yourself a book! Will be keeping an eye on this author for sure!

Christ Hemsworth doppelgänger, fake romance turned to real love story, and a darling small town. Checked all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a sweet romance story. Quite enjoyable! Thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for sending me a copy. All opinions expressed are my own.

Cute, entertaining and heartfelt! Stephanie London has such an engaging writing style!

I love small town settings and romances so this one was really my kind of book. Combined with interesting characters, a well written romance, humor and good writing it was a book I thoroughly enjoyed reading. One I definitely recommend to pick up when you’re in need of an addictive romance read that you can easily lose yourself in right from the get go!

One - this is a beautiful cover - kudos to the art department.

Two - I read this many months after publication but am glad I requested it. It was sweet and humourous, but nothing too deep. I enjoyed it but will admit that now a few weeks after reading, I don't clearly remember all the details. It was a quick read - entertaining at the moment for a fun romantic escape.

This is the first book that I have read by this author and I found her writing charming, with endearing characters, lots of witty banter and a mystery. Aussie and Chris Hemsworth doppelgänger, Ethan Hammersmith had the world by its tale, with a fancy high paying IT job, penthouse apartment in Melbourne and a fiancee, when his world came crashing down after his mother gave him a deathbed confession. His father was actually his step father and his biological father was an American named Matthew Brewer and was dead. Since he never had a great relationship with his father or brother, he left everything behind to find his "other" roots and any living relatives and he has been wandering the USA for a year, before he lands in Forever Falls. It is there that he meets Monroe Roberts, a once vibrant woman, who was broken by her unfaithful husband and cousin. But she still has enough sass to catch the eye of the Aussie and they make a deal to have a pretend relationship while he tries to find out about the local candidate and she gets to pretend that she has this gorgeous boyfriend to stick it to her ex and to get everyone off her back who pushed her to get back into the dating game. Of course, because this is a romance they help each other get over their trust issues and find what they need in the other. But the journey is the story and how they both reach their ultimate dream.

I read an ARC provided by NetGAlley.com. This is my unbiased and voluntary review.

Ethan Hammersmith is an Aussie who is also a "Thor" doppelgänger who has arrived in Forever Falls looking for some answers about the father he never knew. He has been searching for a year without much luck. He has been flying under the radar asking the questions he needs to and moving on when he hit a dead-end.

Monroe Roberts is a home-town girl who is the manager of the local diner. She first notices Ethan when his "groupies" won't leave him alone and they keep showing up at the diner wanting to get a glimpse of the star. They both had baggage and it needed to be unpacked in order to heal. She and Ethan strike a bargain to help each other out. Little did they know that they both get more than they bargained for and they just might a happy ending in Forever Falls.

I really liked this story. There were a few f-bombs thrown in near the end and some graphic sex scenes that I don't think were necessary to make a good story but the story, itself, I enjoyed very much.

I was given an arc copy of this book and I willingly offer my honest review.

I loved this story, it was just what I needed. Ethan and Monroe had a connection from the moment they met. Monroe didn’t fall all over Ethan who is the doppelgänger for Chris Hemsworth or Thor, right down to the Australian accent. Monroe was also in a place in her life where she was just stuck, every day was the same and she saw no end to it. She wasn’t necessarily unhappy but she also wasn’t happy(confusing I know but if you read the book you will get it). Ethan has a plan to help him on his mission, get Monroe to be in a fake relationship and this will allow him to ask questions and move around town with a little more ease. Monroe agrees because hello, Thor’s twin, lol, but also it will help her out too. It will show her family that she has moved on from her divorce and she isn’t still in a rut. But this fake relationship doesn’t stay fake for too long, Ethan and Monroe become friends and really start to like each other and they are attracted to each other. And they are definitely one hot couple when they take the fake relationship to the next level, they are sooo good together! Surprisingly my favorite part is when Ethan’s mission in the States is over and he has a decision to make. The way Monroe has grown with Ethan and got back to the woman she was before her divorce is very evident. Even if Monroe will get a broken heart from Ethan’s decision, she is happy to just have been able to love him and to feel stronger and able to start living for herself again. The way she grew in this story was wonderful. And even Ethan going back home and realizing that he misses Monroe too much for his home to be his home anymore. He is able to find closure and of course he make quite the grand gesture to Monroe and honestly it was just perfect. I absolutely loved this book and would definitely recommend it.
