Wonderful! This is a fresh and wonderful take on the "fake boyfriend/fake girlfriend that starts to feel real" trope. Take Chris Helsmsworth, a mystery of his parenthood, and the local girl not doing what she could to be all that she should, and you have a great read. Orginal characters, well developed, and well-paced, this is a story that will stand out from the rest

This is a fun small town romance with some fun characters. Monroe has been trying to get over her ex-husband sleeping with her cousin, while her entire family has taken sides. She has been working in her hometown diner until now she may lose her job if the owner decides to sell. Ethan found out on his Mother's deathbed that the man he has known as his father is no blood relation at all. While he is searching for his birth father, he ends up in Forever Falls. Monroe and him decide to let everyone believe they are a couple to each get people off of their backs. Will it continue to be a fake relationship or will their real feelings get involved. Thank you to NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!

This was an entertaining small-town romance full of witty banter, charming characters, and a little bit of intrigue. This author has a way of developing characters that touch your heart and can instantly connect with. It was well written, the pacing was perfect, and the plot was developed. My attention was grabbed from the beginning, and I didn’t want to put the book down until I finished it.
Ethan Hammersmith discovered the man who raised him was not his true dad as his mother was dying from cancer. He traveled to American a year ago looking for information on his real father. One of his leads brought him to the small-town of Forever Falls. His plans to blend in and gather information were ruined when all the single women stalk him. Divorcee Monroe Roberts was struggling to keep the diner open after giving up on her dreams of starting a bakery. So, when the handsome Australian suggests they pretend to be dating to help them both out, she agrees. Soon pretending starts to feel real but Monroe knows Ethan will be leaving Forever Falls.
This was another amazing book from Ms. London and I am so glad I got the opportunity to read it. Ethan and Monroe were perfect for each other. Together they were able to find their way to a better future. Ethan was exactly what Monroe needed, he was always encouraging her and confident in her abilities. Monroe helped Ethan realize that family is what you make it. I highly recommend and can’t wait for more from the author.
I received an ARC and am willingly leaving a review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

A Thor look alike and the voice to match sets this story up for success on that vision alone! Monroe and Ethan are as much opposite as can be. He is in search of the father he never knew and she has lost her loving father forever. With a diner that is losing money by the day, Monroe has no idea how she can continue to pay the rent. Ethan comes to town trying to get information on his father without it being public knowledge. His presence alone, and resemblance to the famed actor, get people into the diner but the revenue leaves when he does. So they strike a deal that works for both, not knowing that in the process they will find each other. A great story with an interesting back story for both. Great writing and wonderful read!

I received an advanced copy from the publisher via Net Galley in exchange for an honest and unbiased review.

After discovering his mom lied to him all his life, Ethan packs up and leaves Australia in search of his father…Matthew Brewer. Ethan travels throughout the US before landing in Forever Falls. Forever Falls is everything a small town is known for, gossip and lack of available men to name a few. Add to it that Ethan is a ringer for Chris Hemsworth, aka Thor….the women of Forever Falls are swooning-except Monroe.

Monroe has lived her life in Forever Falls and can’t ever imagine living anywhere else. The only time Monroe left Forever Falls, is when she entered and won a National baking contest. Her ex husband tried to persuade her to move away from her family and out of Forever Falls, but her father got sick and she felt as though she needed to be there to help her sisters care for their dad. After catching her ex and cousin having an affair, Monroe vowed to NEVER put herself or her heart in the position to get broken again. Until Ethan…

I loved Ethan and Monroe! Their witty banter, chemistry, devotion to their families was endearing. Add the Australian accent and Thor costume…SWOON! Ethan’s journey to “find” himself was heart wrenching. I was glad that he came full circle in his journey, going back to Australia and making things right with his stepdad. I also enjoyed the haunted house and Thor’s “hammer”. Too funny! Ethan’s gentle nudging of Monroe to go after her dreams gave me all the feels. I truly enjoyed this novel! I read a gifted copy and all opinions stated are my own.

Really, really liked this book and how there was a slow progression between Monroe and Ethan. What a fun way to name your kids - after your favorite movie stars - so, Monroe is named after Marilyn Monroe! Ethan is in town to find out if his bio dad grew up in the town.

With a struggling diner to save - Monroe - and way too many interested women following him around - Ethan - they work together to help the other out and find that they really are interested in each other.

So funny that Ethan is consistently mistaken for Thor or Chris Hemsworth! The book has both romance, struggle, pain, and a great HEA. What a great "grand gesture" that Ethan does at the end....loved it!

Oh wow! What a fantastic introduction to Stefanie London’s books Forever Starts Now has been. The story involves a sweet fake relationship that, of course, morphs into a real one. It’s packed with snappy dialogue and is strong on family values and a sense of community. As feel-good books go, this one has it all.

Forever Starts Now is an entertaining and well written romance. Great plot and character dynamics. I throughly enjoyed this book.

Since the blurb started with: "single men are as scarce in Forever Falls as a vegetarian at a BBQ" I knew I just had to request the arc. in And indeed, the story is highly amusing and full of funny things.. Like the names of Monroe and her sisters: Loren and Taylor (named after Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren and Elizabeth Taylor). And of course the Thor references throughout the book.
Furthermore, the book is sugary sweet (literally!) and it has a wonderful slow burn between Ethan and Monroe. They both have secrets and they are both hurt, broken and scared. Can they find a way to move beyond the hurt and start anew? or will the secrets and lies catch up with them?
A wonderful read, although sometimes a little too slow for my liking. But in all a very nice and cute story. three and a half stars from me and a special thank you to Netgalley for providing the arc.

Received a copy of this book for review. Overall it is a good read for me. Love the chemistry between the main characters. Love all the characters. What I love is that each of them does make a difference to the story as it developed. Like to read how the characters In the story are interrelated to each other. It make the story more exciting to read. The setting of the story is nice and is fit nicely to the story.Story plot are well penned out, with a slight twist to it in the end.

What a delightful small-town romance done by Stephanie London. She takes a man who feels lost, as he just found out the man he thought was his dad, wasn't. Instead, a man who is from the US is and he decides to hunt his "real" family down.
This brings him to where he meets and likes a diner manager, a sweet sexy woman he is interested in.
They decide to do a fake thing and watch what happens.

What a lovely small town romance! Forever Falls is not much in the way of outside (or men that aren’t taken) so when Ethan Hammersmith saunters into town with his Thor-like looks and Aussie accent, the whole town goes “Hemsworth” crazy!

Monroe Roberts needs to prove to her ex that she is moving on and happier without him and his cheating ways. What could be better than a fake relationship? I mean…how could that ever go wrong?

This is a wonderful read by author Stefanie London! It has great characters, a fun storyline, some romance, and an underlying situation that brings Ethan to town. 4.25 stars!

This is one of these stories that sneaks up on you.. One of the advantages of reading a general fiction book with some romantic elements (thanks, Entangled for placing this book in the right categories) is that you know this is going to be a journey that you're usually going to enjoy.

I really loved the character development in this book. Both protagonists are on a path of re-discovery about themselves and their place in the world. Monroe learns to stand on her own two feet and Ethan discovers that he already had what he was looking for. And while their romance is important and intrinsic to their newfound insight, they did all the necessary work.

This was a fantastic read and I am looking forward to more from this author.

If you like steamy romance with details on the sex scenes - this book is for you. I like the romances that are called closed doors - I don't care for those details. I am more interested in the story. I also had trouble connecting to the idea of faking a relationship when the main characters are already attracted to each other.

I really liked the setting being in a small town. I like when people have a history and care about each other. It was a quick, easy summer read.

This is my second Stefanie London book and I love how she writes romance. Dual perspectives, complex characters and steamy scenes, it's a recipe for success! If you enjoy small-town romances, fake dating and sexy Aussie protagonists, I encourage you to read Forever Starts Now.

Forever Starts Now takes place in Forever Falls, a small US town. Aussie Chris Hemsworth look-a-like Ethan ventures into town in search of the birth father he never knew. Meanwhile, Monroe is the local diner manager still reeling from her marriage break-up. Attracting the town's unwanted attention, the pair decide to make the most of it and fake date. But we all know what happens next...

Forever Starts Now is a book about love and how family isn't a linear term. The character development is great, as Monroe goes from grumpy manager to a woman chasing her dreams. Meanwhile, Ethan struggles with his identity, but eventually figures out where he belongs in the world. Other things I loved about Forever Starts Now include the chemistry and banter between Monroe and Ethan and Monroe's charming family.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book, thanks to NetGalley and Entangled Publishing. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Forever Starts Now has an interesting plot. Ethan is searching for the father he never knew after his mother's confession that the man who raised him is his step-father. He's already been several places but Forever Falls is looking a little more promising. The clues are few and far between and often inconclusive so Ethan is stuck in town for awhile. His resemblance to a certain actor is making life difficult. Gawkers are constantly coming up to him and stalking him at the diner Monroe manages. They agree a fake relationship will serve them both by hopefully discouraging the women fawning over him while emptying the diner of the unprofitable guests.

The problem is that these two quickly find they have amazing chemistry. Monroe is so attached to family. She's hard working. Focused. But is saving the diner really what will make her happy? Ethan is adrift. He's severed ties with his family and fiancé. He's looking for something by locating his dead father but he's not sue what that will bring him.

I enjoyed both Ethan and Monroe. The supporting characters were all enjoyable too. The story was well written and moved along well. It was fun to see these two get their happily ever after.

Thanks to NetGalley and Entangled:Amara for the ARC.
