You can never go wrong with Abby! Every book is like Coming home again! This one didn’t disappoint and is one that I can’t wait finish!!

Abby Jimenez has done it again! She always manages to make me connect with her characters on an insanely personal level. Justin is an amazing person. Always taking care of everyone else, which we got a glimpse of in Yours Truly when he tried so hard with Benny. We see it again here with his caring of his siblings. Emma broke my heart with her story of abandonment, yet her desire to see everything through an empathetic lens while simultaneously keeping herself on her "island".
A story filled with humor, mental health issues, life lessons, and best of all love. She'll tie up some loose ends her fans will love to see. She makes you think about how you live your life and what you can do to overcome struggles of your own. Never would've thought romance novels would be teaching me life lessons, but here we are. Every single one of her books does. You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll be clamoring to get your hands on everything she writes.
I received an advanced copy in exchange for my review.

Baby goats in pajamas… a guy who seriously fosters kids?!? Just darling.
Workaholic doctor from the big city has car issues while on a getaway, and small-town mayor/carpenter saves her from the ditch... and eventually from her crazy stressful life.
Abby’s writing style is so genuine, the conversations between the different characters are so believable and easy to follow. This book was a joy to read, like all of Abby’s works. I loved it. Readable, relatable, enjoyable. TY Abby!

I inhaled this book like a dying woman with an oxygen tank- trying to read slowly to make it last, but ultimately needing more and more until it was gone much too quickly. Frankly, if Abby Jimenez rewrote the dictionary, I’d buy and read a copy. Her books are amazing. Alexis and Daniel are complex, nuanced characters, and their problems feel as real and insurmountable to the reader as they do to the characters themselves. My only question is Where Are All The Daniels Hiding and where do I find one?? Abby’s prose is seamless and the dialogue is, as always, quick and clever. I’ll never see a spirit Halloween store again without thinking fondly of this book 🥰. It’s a pretty impressive feat to write a book containing a baby goat in pajamas and have that not even be the best part! I can’t wait to read whatever else Ms. Jimenez writes!

I absolutely love this book. I bought a physical and audio copy. Abby Jimenez is an auto-buy author for me.

I love a small town romance and found the busy hardworking FMC growing to love a small town and a sweet man super relatable. It's like a hallmark movie, but so much better. I also love books with animals with big personalities. I feel like they always make for a good laugh.

This book made me laugh and cry and feel all the feels. Abby can do no wrong.

Everything you want from a rom-com. I thoroughly enjoy escaping to the worlds Jimenez creates in her writing, always full of witty, lovable characters with an extra dose of happiness thrown in for good measure. Part of Your World had me at turns both laughing and crying. I will read absolutely anything Jimenez writes.

Did not read this preview, read the full length book instead! Requested by mistake. Opposites attract, have major chemistry, embark on a one-night stand -- can they make it work long-term?

I will devour anything Abby Jimenez writes (or bakes!) and this preview of Part of Your World was no different! I am absolutely in love with the characters and the plot set-up already and cannot wait to see this steamy, romcom take off!

4/5 stars

I really enjoyed this snipped of the first few chapters of Part of Your World. Alexis and Daniel have chemistry from the start and if you love this author's humorous bits, you'll love this one! I can't wait to read the rest, or hopefully listen because dual point of view audios are my favorite!

I loved this preview! I am looking forward to reading the rest of the book. The first few chapters were so light and the characters are lovely. Thank you #NetGalley for the opportunity to read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This was such a good way to get an insight into Part of Your World. Abby Jimenez has a way of hooking you in just four chapters, and that is talent. We meet Alexis and Daniel as they meet each other for the first time and as the preview ends with Alexis leaving after they have a one-night stand. The ending immediately leaves you wanting to read the full book, which is already out now. I may be biased because I've read part of your world, but if you loved this chapter, you would defiantly love the book!

Thank you Net Galley for the preview copy of this book. I absolutely adored the beginning and had to continue with a library copy!

Wow. It has been a long time since a book has fully transported me into its world. This sweet small town romance was delightful. 4.5 stars.

However, before I get too far into this review I must note a trigger warning of domestic violence both mental and physical. I will say that I am a person that if there is abuse, I will not read it. But I felt that Jimenez handled these topics with care and it was never overwhelming/made me uncomfortable. Please review trigger warnings as needed for a positive experience with this book.

I have to start with Daniel because he is one of my favourite book boyfriends. He had me laughing and swooning the entire book. He is the Mayor of a small town, cares for a baby goat, an excellent carpenter and runs the B&B that has been in his family for generations.

Alexis is a workaholic with the weight of the world (aka her family legacy) on her shoulders. She is selfless and takes a leap at the one sliver of happiness she could find with Daniel.

Jimenez wrote both Alexis and Daniel perfectly and they both jumped off the page. I could see the characters and town so clearly. The townies were amazing and so beautifully written. I was transported and loved the liveliness of the town. I hurt when the characters hurt, I CACKLED when the characters laughed. It was a joyful experience.

The only reason this book doesn't get 5 stars is because of the conflict. I feel that the pressure of her family was just a hair much (this is how Alexis felt too) - with this said it left me with all the (angry) feels and I was overjoyed to get back to Danial and Alexis together. Sooooo I can't fault Jimenez but I was internally screaming at my book for Alexis to speak up (not in a super frustrated way but in a please say xyz so you can live happily ever after now not in x minutes) but it wasn't her time yet. I also predicted the plot twist because I'm big brained and it was the perfect step for the characters so I'm not mad at all. The writing was so good I was enthralled and wanted everything to me okay.

Please pick this book up if you have a chance.

This is an engaging story about how random acts can change your life. Alexis is the proper daughter fulfilling everyone’s expectation of her and settling into a life that seems pre-determined. Then a random encounter with a raccoon, ditch and the person who pulled her out have her questioning and changing her life. This is a rom-com with light humor and thoughtful exploration of living up to others expectations.

Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for this preview.

Okay, true story: I picked up this preview because there was a mention of a gourmet grilled-cheese sandwich in the description, and that is not something I can resist. The grilled-cheese sandwich disappoints (it's only mentioned in passing—at least in the preview—and it has tomatoes in it, the horror), but the preview does not, and neither do Alexis and Daniel. The setup here is funny and lively, with the promise of two genuinely good people who have natural chemistry but very different lives and don't see how they can make things fit.

I really enjoy reading these previews because they're a low-stakes way to test-drive a book (hopefully not into a ditch...but at least Alexis would relate) and see what might hit the spot in a given mood. Right now the mood is calling for a grilled-cheese sandwich, and who knows—maybe one will turn up in the next chapters?

Thanks to the author and publisher for providing this preview through NetGalley.

Please tell me this is a Little Mermaid retelling. PLEASE. As a fellow Ariel, the title caught my eye of course, but then the heroine has red hair?? These first 4 chapters were so freaking adorable. And the hero Daniel is swoon worthy to the extreme -- and I must say, they were right, if a guy's tinder profile was a picture of a baby goat and a telephone number, he'd be bombarded with right swipes! The fact that the "bet" trope was subverted was also a delight -- so many green flags! I definitely want to finish this book. It's rare to find a romance book with a heroine around my age, so I am excited to read this book in its entirety.

After an uncomfortable, too, long road trip from a funeral, Alexis (FMC) lands herself in a ditch in the middle of nowhere. A handsome local comes to her rescue while caught in an awkward position - one of several comedic moments. Alexis stumbles into her rescuer at the local bar - Daniel (MMC), and discovers he is modestly the Mayor of the small town of Wakan. From then, there are other fun small-town characters. The flirtation unexpectedly builds between Alexis and Daniel as their evening continues.

This preview read is a charming, sweet, and funny introduction. I’m eager to find out what happens next with Alexis and Daniel. I cackled out loud at the “Extreme” reference!
