Have always loved Josh on Million dollar Listing but he shares screen time with the other agents and you don’t get a whole lot of his backstory! I loved reading how he has come up in the most challenging area for real estate!

Interesting book about sales person and how the high ticket deals work. You may like the narrative of the book because it is like a story on how professional life goes on combination with right attitude and goals. There is a good advice that can be applied to multiple industries. At the end of the day the background of any successful sale is the mindset of a salesperson and actions one takes.

While this book can benefit you if you work in any type of sales and as the author points out there methods you can use to benefit you in as the title implies in negotiations. But in my opinion the main focus is for people who work in real estate and this is no surprise as you will see the author is a very successful real estate agent. While his class mates were worried about finishing up high school he was already getting educated at selling real estate around Los Angeles and Beverly Hills. You may have also seen him on a program called Million Dollar Listings Los Angeles. While telling you how he got to where he is today he gives you points to use in your business life that he has found work for him with some being some standard mantras like you have to spend money to make money to value your time in dollar amounts. At the end of almost every chapter and sometimes in the middle of a chapter he highlights an important point by making a play using his last name with a Flagg this. I am sure you have heard the old saying that you can learn at least one thing from eveything you read or hear from an encounter you have had, you should get some good pointers from this book that you can use in business and life. I rated this book 3 1/2 stars out of 5.
