Kat is a witch, who four years ago was turned into a cat. A powerful warlock killed her coven and was in the process of making her his familiar. She is a cat eleven months out of the year and only human a couple of days out of the year. She escaped and was on the run when she arrives in Texas and comes upon the SWAT team. Connor is a wolf and works for SWAT. He was attached to Kat but didn’t know she was a human. When she goes missing for a couple of days, he begins to worry. While hunting for their teammates, who have been missing, Kat shows up in her human form. He is a little hurt that she didn’t let him know about her curse. Someone has been kidnapping teenagers and they are hard to beat. When Kat realizes it’s the warlock that put the spell on her, she doesn’t know if she should stay and fight or leave and protect Conner and his team.
Excellent story. Action. Witches. Wolves. And other things that go bump in the night. I really don’t know what to say. I can’t wait for the next book. I believe that’s when you know a series is good, when you finish one book and can’t wait for the next one.

This was a fast paced action romance. It was easy to follow. Kat and Conner were such an amazing pair. Following along as the figure out how to take down the bad guy was great.

LOVED this book!!! I've been looking forward to this book for awhile and it was worth the wait! This is Kat the cat's story and it is filled with all the romance, drama, and action you can expect from this author. I loved her story and found myself turning pages just as quickly as possible. I felt invested in Kat and Connor's story and wanted them to get their HEA ending.

If you enjoy paranormal romantic suspense, you will love this book. While part of a series, this is a stand alone novel - however, it's so good that you really owe it to yourself to read them all. Once I discovered this author, I literally binge read her entire catalog - she's that good. Put her on your must read authors' list, she's at the top of mine.

This story was exciting, full of mystery and anticipation, a steamy romance, and quite a powerful love story that thrilled me from head to toe. I just can't wait for the next book in the series. This was stunning and full of thrills and a paranormal mixture, of fun sexy wolves, sensual romance and adventure!! INTOXICATING!!
