This is a well written set of ten short stories. I have not read any of Hank Schwaeble's stories before, so this is a good introduction on his writing style. I enjoyed all of these stories and hope to come across more of his writing in the future. My favorite of them all though, is Shifty Devil Blues!

Thank you #NetGalley and #25&YPublishing to sending me a copy of #MoonlessNocturne to read and review!

I loved that this anthology had different genres of stories in this book, each book was really well done and I was invested in what was going on in each story. They were all strong in their own way and I enjoyed that they were done by the same author, Hank Schwaeble.

The Yearning Jade, I enjoyed the concept and had a good time reading this. Household, was a interesting story, I thought this was going to be a typical haunted house story but it was unique and I enjoyed that. Everything Not Forbidden, was my favorite of the short stories, it just hit differently. Shifty Devil Blues, go Georgie that was a good game. Moonless Nocturne, I can see why this is the name of the anthology. It was really well done.
Haunter, might be my second favorite in the anthology. Deepest, Darkest, was a good read but not my favorite. Psycho Metrics, a good story and I enjoyed the characters in it. Payday, another really strong story and it does what I wanted it to. Zafari!, go save that world. After the story I enoyed the notes afterward as it was great insight of what was going through the authors mind.
