I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. A well written celebrity book about leading and management told through the capable eyes of the host of Restaurant Impossible. A few good ideas I hope to implement into my management skills.

We LOVE Robert Irvine in our house. I mean we usually have one of his shows on every day at some point. So reading this book was a no brainer.

Written in the same, no nonsense, “Let’s get to work”, way Mr. Irvine handles every mission. I found this book very helpful when it comes to my business.

*Special thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing this e-ARC in exchange for an honest review. Pub date: February 14, 2023

I was thrilled to receive a copy of this book as a long time fan of Robert Irvines restaurant (and human) transformations. This takes a look specifically at some of those transformations and is a helpful guide for breaking habits and routines that aren’t working to help lead to success in business and in life!

Love this author, his brand, and his mission. I did appreciate the flashbacks to old Restaurant Impossible episodes, and enjoyed learning more about Robert’s own personal experience with success and failure. Unfortunately, I’m not the right audience for the rest of the book, as I couldn’t really connect with the business element.

My interest in this book was fueled by a literary connection to the Co-Author, Matt Tuthill, via his brother, Author Chris Tuthill.
Co-Author, Matt Tuthill does a masterful job bringing to life the lifetime body of work created, nurtured and fostered by Chef Robert Irvine. The book reads very well and is quite entertaining. For fans of the popular
program, Restaurant Impossible, there are lots of behind the scenes explanations for the things that we see,
and the things we don’t see as time goes by.
The most salient quote in my eyes reads, “Meaningful impacts and outcomes are created when your intentions are met with concrete actions.” Simply put, Chef Irvine does and is exactly who he says he is and everything he
does demonstrates his commitment to himself, his family and his large circle of influence, with collaboration and interactive participation of his entire team along with those he strives to help regain their positive footing.
His business sense was gleaned and honed in very hands on, boots on the ground hard work. There really is no glamour with all the hardcore learning he does and recommends. You can bet that if he asks someone else to do
something, he has done it himself.
As a go-to business guide, it’s all here, and easy to understand - and with entertaining anecdotes along the way. You cannot go wrong here.
My thanks to NetGalley and Harper Collins Leadership Publishing for this early copy.

I always enjoyed watching Restaurant Impossible with my dad. So I knew that I had to read the book about and by the creator of the show. I loved learning more about Robert Irvine.
