I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. A great book for someone recently diagnosed with autoimmune diabetes. This is more an informational book than recipes though.

I had no idea there was a difference in type 2 diabetes and Lada. This book is great at giving you the straight answers. Terrific guide to what is good to eat and how to take care of your body.
