A look into the lives of some of the women behind the men of the New York Firefighters. How they come together for each other in support whether it is a move, or if a wife needs to go into the hospital for surgery. The book is just a little different than knowing that they are there for each other for their husbands but this is more and shows the bond that they all truly have, a wonderful book.

Loved this story about New York City firefighters and their wives. Wonderful, interesting, and intriguing men and women and great storylines. I liked the well developed, relatable characters in this story.

This was a very engaging and entertaining book. The characters were intriguing, the plot line interesting and the insight into being a firefighter wife captivating.
