I loved revisiting Connor and Ronnie and seeing how their lives have evolved. This story was well written and once again, Kaylene has done an amazing job at bringing awareness to sensitive/non-talked about topics!

I love the bond between Connor and Ronnie. I love that he is so supportive and selfless of Ronnie and his family. Although Ronnie did upset me that she didn’t have Connor’s back when he needed her to the most, I could understand it. She was overstimulated, over worked and just trying to survive. That’s not an excuse, but who hasn’t been in her shoes before when it comes to just trying to survive? She definitely redeemed herself!

Good book and series! This book had a bit of everything! It had light suspense, intrigue, mystery, romance, and some great heat!! and a few crazy twists and turns! The storyline was very interesting and kept me glued to my Kindle! I definitely recommend reading this book as it was well worth reading! Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!

This is another case of when I thought I didn't need it but after reading this book, I realised how much I needed it. Because Connor and Ronni's continuation of their story is just so excellent. I was constantly on the edge of my seat the whole time, reading how they were navigating all the obstacles they have to work through. You couldn't help but be invested int heir story again. If you've read the previous book, then you have to read this one.

This is the second part of Connor and Ronni's story and is one of the best books of the whole series. I was not too enamoured with this couple in their previous book but in this one we really got to know sides of them we had not really seen before and I loved it.

While we admire our favourite rock stars and actors from afar, most of us have no idea what kind of hell their lives can really be. How hard it must be to always live in the spotlight with little privacy and every part of your life becoming fodder for the internet and the paparazzi. Ronni and Conner have a double whammy to deal with due to Conner's band and Ronni's career and court case. It really is no wonder that their lives seem to be on the edge of imploding and tearing them apart.

Kaylene has written an intimate portrayal of their lives which is in parts, dark, gritty and painful to read and I really suffered along with them. On the bright side they have an incredible mental and physical connection to each other and their children make their love even stronger stronger. (Kudos to Connor for being such a great hands-on Dad).

After reading this heart rending story I was so glad to see them come out of the tunnel and into the light. This is really a standout book in an amazing series that touches my heart with every read.

This is the seventh book in this phenomenal series, and this is Ronni and Connor’s journey, as their love and relationship grow to embrace the support they have for each other, as their family grows. These two deal with the pressures of fame, while Ronni is still dealing with, the horrific events of her teenage years, and no matter what Connor finds ways to support her, while his own is falling apart. This is a well written story which has trust, humor, witty banter, emotions, family, friendships, drama, heartbreak, survival, challenges, romance, and love, which leads to a compelling and addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
