I received this book via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

It was a kids book (i didn't realised it until i started playing it.). I didn't liked the sound effects, they were kinda not in place. Overall i liked it and in the same time i didn't liked it.

I chose to read this with my eight year old son and we did a print version, not the audio. My son loved it and gave it 5 ⭐️s, but I’m giving it a solid 4 ⭐️. I thought it was a cute story, sort of a new take of elf on a shelf, but I personally found these ideas way cooler. At the end of the book there is a web site you can go to and sign up for the elves to send you notes. I am going to have to remember to sign up for that next year! From the adult reader perspective, I felt there were a few spots that could have used some better transitioning, but overall I could see children really enjoying the story. It would also be a cute starting point for elementary school teachers for cute lessons in the class and/or Christmas gifts for family.

Delightfully fun holiday book! The audio book is charming - excellent narration and sound effects! Beautifully done - Magical feel - one you will want to read and share with the children every year! The author has created a website for kids to interact - including elves notes, coloring, and even recipes! Helps make a magical Christmas!

This was such a sweet little story. I listened to the audiobook and the narration was wonderful, with a very warm and engaging voice and fun accents, plus there were sound effects throughout that really enhanced the whole experience. I'm sure kids will love this one during the holiday season!

A short sweet audiobook filled with a lot of festive cheer. Holly and Noah, two elves, go to a family and try to work some magic. Excellent lesson: give more than you receive. For all families with small children, I believe that reading this book every Christmas will become a tradition. It seemed amazing. I adore the storyteller.

NetGalley ARC for an honest review.

Ridiculously cute without descending into the saccharine. This will be a great holiday story time book or a good recommendation for any kid who loves Santa's Little Helpers.

This book is cute and I will read it every year to my grandchildren. This is a book where the elf on the shelf came from I think.

My kids and I enjoyed this short story. They both (4 and 6) wanted it to be longer. I thought it was a cute holiday story with enough of a story and a little adventure to keep them interested.

This short but incredibly-sweet little story is just the perfect story to listen to while making little presents for friends!! I can imagine that young kids would really love it (and old kids like me too). It doesn't get any cuter or sweeter than this. It would make a lovely bedtime story close to Christmas.

The audiobook is very well read (and at 11 minutes, you can totally fit it in anytime). I also quickly checked out the website that accompanies this book + audiobook, and there is a LOT there to explore. I have not seen the inside of the book, but the cover illustrations and website are great, so I assume that the story illustrations are too.

Much gratitude to the publisher, and NetGalley for an advanced copy of the audiobook in exchange for my honest review.

The audiobook for this was well performed with great voice narration and sound effects.

However, this book would be best read along with the audiobook. It was too hard to focus on the story with the sound effects. My son and I enjoyed listening to it but got distracted by the sounds.

I think for a more immersive experience the book along with the audiobook is probably best.

An imaginative, whimsical holiday tale. These story finds two elf siblings far from their home, the North Pole. They are trying out a new tactic this year... spread their own special Festival of the Elves to humans in the world. A little good cheer and a dash of magic is all it takes.

I did enjoy the story as it tries to show young readers that giving is more important than receiving. When you give of yourself, you're happy, as well as the gift recipient.

Great audio quality. Has a lovely narrator's voice + a few sound effects to keep it interesting.

I found this book to be delightful.

The story is short and sweet and I can see this being a great audiobook to listen with kids and create activities around it

It can also be a new tradition of reading or listening to it during the holiday season.

I was just approved for the ARC of this audiobook and immediately listened to it with my 2 and 4 year old. They were so engrossed in it - this is their first audiobook that they've listened to, so I was weary. But they love the holidays and this book was such an adorable, sweet story about joy and how it can effect yours and others own happiness and joy. I can't wait to listen to this move over the next month with the kiddos!

I listened to the audio version of this short book, first in a trilogy. The narrator is a perfect fit with a cheerful and cute voice - you can easily imagine yourself being in the magical world of elves at Christmas time.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the author for a review copy.

This book is 6 year old approved.
I read it to my niece and she wanted me to read it again and again.
This will be a new tradition to start the Christmas season every year.
We both loved the book.
The audio version was perfect.

This short audiobook is uplifting fun. It is the narrative to the book of the same name. Perfect to be listened to by children and their adults wanting to have their imagination inspired. Even better listen along while looking at the pictures in the book. My daughter is grown up now, but I can imagine listening to this with her (again and again) and seeing her dancing around the room. Thank you to eWonderment and NetGalley for the audio ARC. The views expressed are all mine, freely given.

Narrator is A+. This is an adorable little origin story of two elves spreading "the Festival of the Elves" to humans. The magic around you is the magic you make

This was such a quick, easy and fun listen that really evoked the festivities and magic of christmas. I loved the ideas of elves visiting families in their houses to get them into the festive cheer and I loved the idea of them leaving them notes. A great read/listen
