Oh my goodness, I want to try every recipe in this cookbook! I recently got really into making savory cookies for my brother's wedding and I only wish I'd had this cookbook then! I love the variety of both sweet and savory options, and it's so fun how everything is mix and match. The possibilities are endless!

With beautiful photos and easy to follow recipes, I'd highly recommend this to anyone who loves baking! I definitely plan to gift this to many fellow bakers in my life.

This book is fantastic! The photos are amazing and I like how the book is organized. It includes tips and tricks for baking and would make a great gift. I've tried a few of the recipes and they were delicious. I highly recommend this book for all cookie lovers!

A perfect cookbook for filled cookie lovers who find mixing and matching options exciting! Stuffed is organized unlike most traditional cookie cookbooks where you are presented with a whole cookie to make in one recipe. Here, you pick a cookie from one part of the book (divided by type), then pick a filling from a section dedicated to all the choices to sandwich them together. You’ll be delighted by all the variety in both sections with a range of difficulty from simple stir and drop cookies all the way to macarons. There are also unusual savory “cookies”, like parmesan polenta crackers with chive cream cheese, that would be lovely to accompany a wine tasting.

Although each cookie recipe has a suggested filling (and an enticing picture of the combo to boot!), you’ll be tempted to broaden your cookie horizons and try some of the endless possibilities. I know I’m looking forward to making Wannabe Brownie Cookies with Cake Batter Buttercream and Chewy Chocolate Ginger Cookies with Salted Caramel Buttercream. Whatever your tastes, there’s something for you in this beautiful and easy to use cookbook.

I am a huge fan of Heather Mubarak's blog, Browned Butter Blondie, and this book exceeded my expectations. Mouthwatering photography, explicit directions with weight/measurement conversions, and sweet and savory flavor combinations that will fulfill every cookie lovers' dreams. If you love cookies this book is an absolute must to have. This book is filled with an amazing array of tempting recipes, helpful tips and enticing photographs. From the familiar to the extravagant and from sweet to savory, I think there is something to appeal to everyone. This book is also extremely comprehensive. Whether you use cups to measure your ingredients or you use metric measurements, this book has you covered, as well as providing what seems like endless combinations and ideas.

I love this cookbook's theme - a unique addition to my cookbook collection. Full of great recipes and new ways to make sandwich cookies. Excited to try so many of these!

What an amazing cookbook - filled with fabulous cookie recipes that could be enjoyed singly or stuffed with her amazing filling recipes as well. Every recipe has a glorious picture (a must for me in a cookbook) along with a wonderful description and hints - you will want to try each one. I'm definitely ordering a hard copy of this one - it's a must in your kitchen!

Stuffed by Heather Mubarak is a treat for the eyes and a teaser for the taste buds! This collection of recipes for cookies and accompanying fillings provides something for every taste. I particularly appreciated how clearly the author explains the steps of the preparation and baking process as well as any notes regarding chilling the dough in advance. There are recommended pairings of flavors, but the possibility seem almost endless!

Stuffed: The Sandwich Cookie Book by Heather Mubarak is a cookbook that is currently scheduled for release on April 4 2023. This book features 65 mix-and-match cookie sandwiches for every occasion and craving, including both sweet and savory bakes that range from childhood classics with a twist (Nutter Butters! Chipwiches!) to sophisticated, party-ready treats (Strawberry Shortcake Macarons, Parmesan Polenta Crackers with Chive Cream Cheese). There is a chapter dedicated to swirly buttercreams, smooth ganache, fruity jams, and more lets you experiment with different cookie-filling pairings to your heart's content. The option to leave out the filling altogether for a super simple bake is also at the baker's discretion. Home bakers of all levels will appreciate the flexible, choose-your-own-adventure format.

Stuffed: The Sandwich Cookie Book is a well written and organized cookbook with wonderful photographs of the featured cookies. I thought the introductory information about the ingredients and equipment was well done. Too often we more experienced bakers skip over this (sometimes myself included) but I thought the insights and information included here would be gook for bakers of all skill levels. I love that the author includes information about adjusting these recipes to be gluten free, and how to achieve the best possible bake. I also like that metric and imperial measurements are included- so regardless of a baker's personal preference there is no need to mess around with conversions. I liked the wide variety of cookies, and I liked the author's voice. I found the little introductions to be interesting and entertaining. This is exactly the book I needed right before Christmas baking started- to look over grand ideas only to end up making my tried and true recipes. There are several recipes here that I will attempt, and several more that I will use flavor combinations or technique from to help improve my baking results. In fact, this just might be a baking weekend so I can test some of these out. I just do not have the freezer space for all of the ones I want to make.

I love unique memoirs and that's exactly what this was! This was also a new author for me, but I really enjoyed how she crafted and shared her story. Great book that will hook you from the beginning! It was also a fairly quick read for me!

I'm a convert. Say yes to the sandwich cookie. Stuffed is an elegant, bold cookie book. The layout is classic and with measurements in both cups and metric and grams, its handy to utilize. The photos are bold and luscious. With plenty of options and combinations, this in quite a comprehensive sandwich cookie book.
Now I want all my cookies in sandwich form.

I plan on making EVERY cookie from the pages of STUFFED and have already made a few to the delight of my friends and family! I felt so lucky to get a copy for myself! Ooo boy are there some SOLID recipes in this cookie cookbook!

Full disclosure- I cannot bake cookies. It’s a curse. I can bake you anything you want but no matter what I do, if I touch the cookies farther than mixing the dough they burn - but they also don’t because they are straight up dough inside but burnt to a crisp otherwise. It’s weird. It’s whatever.

Is that going to stop me from buying this? No it isn’t. I need this book on my shelf. And I mean that - I NEED it. Maybe it’ll help me bake a decent cookie! Also, it reminds me of my grandma and I miss her so - there’s that.

Fun cook book that has different recipes for making and creating all things stuffed like Whoopie pies, ice cream sandwiches and cookies with many different “stuffed” centers! Thank you NetGalley for the chance to read this book in exchange for my honest feedback!
