Me and my children read this book. With all the characters within. It's about a cat that goes around town. While visiting everyone he gets things from them. But when something happens to him. The town go looking and find out something.

This was a fun story to read and find out what Milo's secret is. It had action and adventure throughout. The illustrations went well with the story and were colorful.

I received a complimentary copy via Netgalley. This is my honest unbiased opinions.

Milos's Little Secret is a fun book that we all enjoyed. Milo is a cat who lived with his family in luxury. What his family didn't know was that he had a secret. He would sneak out and visit all the neighbours where he was fed his favorite treat at the time. He ate cookies, cream filled cakes, briskets, burgers and more, but always went back to his family at night. One night he didn't come home. They decided to put up missing cat signs, but so did everyone else. Milo was also called Ron, Colonel Mustard, and other names. The jig was up, Milo's secret was revealed, but, where was he? This story was so much fun. We laughed at Milo and his secret and worried about him when he was missing. I read this book aloud and it's rhyming cadence was perfect. The illustrations are well done and I loved how well the expressions showed emotion. They added much to the story and my 6 year old granddaughter was able to read a lot of this one using picture clues. I recommend this one to children who love to laugh, especially if they own or love a cat.

This book tells the very cute story of a cat named Milo who loves to go out exploring for food and adventure without his owners knowing. Eventually something goes wrong and he goes missing, causing a bit of a problem. It is a nice simple rhyming story that kids will enjoy. Thanks to netgalley and the publisher for giving me the chance to read and review this book!

The story of a cat named Milo who has a little secret. A "little" secret that makes him big. Until one day he'd gone missing. Now Milo's secret out in the open. A funny but true story of how cat behave, with its naughtiness, and many ways to get the necessary fill. A good read (and good laugh afterwards) that every pet lovers should read.

Milo's Little Secret by Rebecca Ralfe 5/5
Milo's Little Secret is beyond a cute story about a cat named Milo. Milo loves to go out exploring for food and adventure without his owners knowing. When things don't go according to plan and Milo goes missing, the secret is out of the bag. This is a cute rhyming story that put a smile on the childrens face and had their thinking caps on with what the secret could be. Great story.

This is a cute book about what cats do when they mosey around the neighborhood. The illustrations are really cute.

Over the years I have had many pets that are quite glutinous. I’m sure if they had thought of it they would have done the same as Milo in this super cute story.

Milo lives a fine cat life with a silk bed, full bowl of treats, and saucer of milk, but his urge to stray is strong. Luckily, everyone in the neighborhood loves and cherishes Milo.

One day when he doesn't return to his family, they know something is wrong - he's never missed a meal before! When they put up a missing poster, the whole neighborhood is on the lookout. They realize Milo leads a varied and interesting life.

The rhyming verse sets a fantastic tone for the book. The illustrations make it a joy to read. This will be a fun read for families and small groups of older kids.

The illustrations are adorable and the message as well. Milo is a cat everyone loves and a cat that the reader falls in love with in the first image he sees. The entire book is a piece of cuteness and art. Every child will adore it for sure and every adult can read it to have a moment of relaxation and enjoy the beautiful images and story.

Everyone with an outdoor cat will have had this thought at least once, and it's fun to see it brought to book form. A little warning to parent's of little ones who have lost a pet, as that part could be upsetting.

As soon as I started reading, I loved how the author put numbers into the story. Many kids loose their beloved pets because they run off. This is a cute story about a cat who runs off but gets stuck. All of the lives he touches get worried about him and they come together to search for Milo. It shows how much he is loved by many.

This book is so sweet! We feed a few kitties who come around our place and often wonder where else they go throughout the day. How many meals do they end up eating?? We also have names for them, though we know everyone else might have their own names! This book perfectly illustrates the love a community can have for a walkabout cat…and also how they problem solve when they realize he’s slightly overstuffed. It’s so cute and I’ll definitely share it with my niece!

This is an adorable and charming book about a cat named Milo who has families all over the neighborhood caring for him…unbeknownst to his loving family. The illustrations are so cute and the rhyming text adds to the fun nature of the book. I was impressed with the vocabulary used and was greatly entertained by Milo’s shenanigans. I would definitely use this book in my classroom!

A sterling rhymed narrative has a cat go missing, until it turns out the entire neighbourhood is missing him – everyone feeds him, considers him their own, names him, and as a result has produced one podgy pussy. Where can Milo be, and what is to be done with the gluttonous globe of cat guts? This is winning throughout, from the joy of reading the very successful text to the character of the illustrations. I'm getting to really appreciate Windmill Books and their success at picking picture books for republication – this was an Australian effort whose ink wasn't really dry, but getting a wider audience for these pleasures is a commendable thing indeed. Four and a half stars, easily.

My cat obsessed child loved seeing where Milo was getting all of his food from! The ending of the story was also sweet as all the neighbors got together to take care of him. A quick fun read!

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. A very spoiled kitty goes from house to house being spoiled, but one day he doesn't come home and several families find out that Milo has several homes.

Utterly charming! Milo the cat has a good life with his doting family...and every other family on the block! This giggle-inducing account of Milo's adventures is cleverly written and adorably illustrated. This will be such a fun circle time book for pre-K and early elementary! US readers may note that some of the expressions and syntax reflect UK/Commonwealth English, but everything is perfectly understandable in context. It may also seem a bit different to read about a family pet that roams the neighborhood freely, but that could lead to a fun discussion about how life is different around the world.

This would be a great addition to school and classroom libraries and will definitely be a hit with small kids!

Many thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review!
