Savannah Scott absolutely does it again with the third book in the getting shipped series, Townshipped.

Like the two books before Scott takes an overused cliche but makes it feel fresh and new by not sticking to the usual formula.

In Townshipped Mallory crashes her car during a snowstorm. She hits her head and forgets everything. She is rescued by Aiden who brings her back to his farm and lets her start the healing process. There is the cliche, the rest doesn't follow the mold this cliche usually has. Typically the one who loses their memory has a life they thought they loved with a significant other. They then need to make the choice of who they want to be with and what life they want to live. Well in this book we know from the start that Mallory is single so it would not be your typical choice.

With every entry, the series just keeps getting better. Aiden and Mallory are my favorite couple in the series. My favorite couple has changed with each entry so I can’t wait to see if that trend continues in the next story.

I really love Mallory and Aiden's story. They both take on so much and they don’t always put their happiness first. I could not wait to see if or how these two would figure it out and be together.

This book hit me harder emotionally than the other two. I’m not sure if it was my attachment to the characters or if it’s just watching Scott’s writing mature but this book was really very special and is currently my favorite in the series.

Thank you to Netgalley, Dreamscape Media, and Savannah Scott for the opportunity to review this audiobook. Mallory is newly single and on a solo honeymoon without a groom. Her travels screech to a literal halt in Ohio, rescued by a local farmer Aiden and given refuge as she can’t remember anything about her life. As the days go by, she becomes more familiar with her new life and isn’t so certain she wants to find out who she was. The relationship between Aiden and Em (Mallory) develops throughout her stay on the journey to remember who she is making it hard to imagine her life without him once they solve the mystery. This was an excellent narration in oppositional points of view and great character development. I would recommend this audio to fellow readers.

This audiobook has all the feels! A sweet small-town romance that will tug at your heartstrings and draw you into this world all that much further. If you haven't read or listened to the other books in the series, you will be fine enjoying this book...however...you are totally missing out on a ton of character development and building as well as total enjoyment! Who knew a small town in Ohio could draw you in and make you want to stay! If only it were a real town! This story deals with hard subjects such as temporary amnesia, children left orphans by a struggling mother, navigating single parenthood and life while falling in love with someone you aren't sure you have the right to fall for and it is all wrapped up in deep friendships, strong family and lots of love. This is the happily ever after audiobook that you are looking for! The narrator does such a great job of bringing the characters to life, you really will want to listen to this one!

The wedding has been called off 2 weeks in advance but why not take advantage of the already planned road trip? Mallory leaves her wallet behind and gets into a car accident right in front of a farm.. Aidens farm. Mallory can not remember who she is or why she ended up in Aidens home but in those 3 weeks many sparks fly.
Mallory is inching her way into Aiden’s heart by helping him raise his niece and nephew. Eventually Mallory’s family finds her but will she choose to go back home or stay with Aiden and create a new life?

Quick Summary: A heart-to-heart romance

My Review: Townshipped by Savannah Scott was delightful. I absolutely loved it! In truth, I loved it just as much as I loved the other books in the series.

The appeal of this particular story was in the sweetness and care that Em and Aiden showed toward one another. They both had so much that they had to deal with, yet their interest in each other could not be denied. Trying not to act on the attraction and trying to do the noble thing - those elements added tension and angst to their romance. It only served to magnify the chemistry these two had.

The emotional arc in this book was so good. Before I knew it, I was laughing and choked up alongside the other characters. I was 100% all in.

The entire community of Bordeaux had an endearing charm and quality about it. It was easy to get drawn into the special connections.

My Final Say: As an enthusiastic consumer of the first three books in this series, I can definitely say that I am a fan. I highly recommend Townshipped. I cannot say enough good things about it. Do yourself a favor and read all of the books; you will not regret it.

Mallory/Em and Aiden's relationship might be my favorite of the Shipped series so far!!! Aiden was so caring towards "Em" and truly just wanted her to get better from her accident. I love how they were immediately comfortable around each other which may be result of Em/Mallory not knowing anything different. The town of Bordeaux has officially won my heart and I love that characters from the pervious books have small roles in each. The girls took Em/Mallory in and really made her feel welcome as well as Aiden's family. There were numerous times that I found myself sitting there smiling while listening because I thought it was just so sweet.

It was fun being back in Boardox, Ohio and this great close-knit, small town community. There's lots of cameos from past characters but the main focus is on goat farmer Aiden, and Mallory, the woman he rescues when she crashes her car and wakes up with amnesia.

I'm not sure what it was about this book but it wasn't my favorite of the series. I found it longer than it needed to be imo but there were lots of heartwarming, funny moments and a great epilogue. I also really enjoyed Aiden and his huge heart - always looking out for people in need, especially his newly orphaned cousin's children who he takes in.

Recommended for fans of Emma St. Clair, Sarah Adams or Next of Kin by Hannah Bonam-Young. Much thanks to NetGalley and the author for an ALC of this new to audio book!! The narration was very well done and I'm so excited for the rest of the books to come out on audio too!

Townshipped by Savannah Scott
Narrated by Amy McFadden; Will Damron

Aiden hasn't been serious about anyone since his long time girlfriend and he drifted apart years ago. Bordeaux, Ohio is a small town and everyone knows everyone's business and Aiden gets teased that he's not going to find the right woman hanging around at his farm. But Aiden is mostly content with his little goat herd and his cranky llama.

Then a woman crashes into his tree on a stormy winter day and she's left with amnesia. Until her family can be located or she remembers her identity, she'll be staying in Aiden's guest room. We know her name is Mallory but all she remembers is "Em" so that's what she goes by for now.

These two cuties get along great. They have so much fun together just existing, laughing, talking, Aiden loves having her in his home, Em loves being with Aiden and his home feels like her home. The entire town knows these two have fallen for each other. Aiden and Em know, in their heads, that they've fallen for each other even if they don't say it out loud. Then a tragedy occurs and Aiden's life is changing forever and the two are put off balance. And they've come to the fork in the road, where choices have to be made but...these two are going to make themselves miserable.

I rarely, as in almost never, jump into a series midway but I did with this one when I was able to get this audiobook. From what I can tell, each book deals with a different Bordeaux potential couple and I had no trouble reading this book even though I haven't read the first two books. I think I have an idea who might be featured in the later books, that's how much the gossip flies in this town, even I could read between the lines.

The story has two narrators and they did a good job. I actually was interested in this story because I like Will Damron's narrations so much. This story is lighthearted and fun with some serious events leading to the changes Aiden's life. I'll make sure to get to the other books when I can do so.

Thank you to Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for this ARC.
