So stinking cute!! I loved this book and a fresh take on a romance. She is on a much needed solo trip after ending her engagement. She decided to still take the honeymoon trip alone. She gets in an accident and loses her memory. All her new memories are with this country boy who everyone loves. When her memories come back, will it change everything? Thanks NetGalley for the audiobook.

I read the audiobook and loved the narration. This was a sweet romance. It was a slow burn and no spice. Also did I mention they are goats? Tbh I am really tired of the 3rd act breakup especially cuz it could have been avoided with a simple conversation…and honestly we all know they are getting back together.

Tropes
Small town
No spice
Close proximity
Amnesia

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for my honest review.

While road tripping alone through Ohio, Mallory is in a car accident. Aiden hears the accident and rescues her from her car. Suffering from amnesia, Mallory, now known as “Em”, works to regain her memories with the help of Aiden and his friends. The more time Em and Aiden spend together the closer they become and she begins to question whether she could return to her former life.

Townshipped is the third book in the Getting Shipped! series but can be read as a stand-alone. This book has a little bit of everything - small town romance, main character with amnesia, and a runaway bride. There’s also a good dose of meddling neighbors and cute farm animals. In true romcom fashion there’s plenty of humor and excellent banter sprinkled throughout the plot.

I appreciate the tactful and realistic way in which the author portrays some of the more sensitive topics brought up in the book, especially when dealing with addiction and death. I really enjoyed the evolution of not just Em and Aiden’s relationship but her friendships with townspeople of Bordeaux.

The narrators, Amy McFadden and Will Damron, are perfectly chosen for this series and their performances bring the whole town of Bordeaux to life.

I voluntarily listened to and reviewed an advanced copy of this audiobook. All thoughts and opinions are my own. Thank you to NetGalley and Dreamscape Media!

I am so happy to have the opportunity to listen to another wonderful Savannah Scott audiobook.

Townshipped is another of her series that takes place in the town of Bordeaux, Ohio. On this adventure we get to know Aiden (swoon) and ‘Em orMallory, as we later find out. Aiden is a tech guy, part time goat farmer and a self proclaimed bachelor. He is also quite possibly the nicest guy in town. He is the person everyone can count on to help when in need. Then there is Mallory. She broke her engagement only a few weeks before it was to happen. In an attempt to find herself and her passion she decided to take her honeymoon on her own. It is during this trip where she unexpectedly meets Aiden.

I really enjoyed this book. The narration was great, as usual, making the 10 plus hours go quickly and highly enjoyable. Similarly, Savannah Scott, creates characters who are funny and loveable. And Aiden, let’s just say you will fall in love with him. What I really liked though was the fact that it is a love story and romcom. Love for family both in good and bad times and love in meeting that person who makes you never want to be without them. Put this book on your list and get the audiobook, available January 17/23.

Many thanks to Savannah Scott, NetGalley and Dreamscape Media for the opportunity to listen to this audiobook arc 🎧.

OK - Savannah Scott does it again for me! This is book 3 in the Get Shipped series! They can be read as standalones but all the characters intermix and they’re all a delight, so you might as well start at the beginning!

I absolutely adore Mallory & Aiden. I loved this spin on a small town romance and adding amnesia into the mix.

I love a book that has pretty good pacing too, and i never felt bored or unconnected to these characters! I loved all the side characters as well which i’ve met before in the previous books!

It’s giving:
-Forced Proximity
-Small Town Romance
-Slow Burn
-Dual POV

There’s no steamy scenes in this book, so if that’s what you’re looking for you won’t find it here - BUT it didn’t make it any less enjoyable!

I also just felt the epilogue was a cherry on top.

Thank you Netgalley & the publishers for an audio ARC in exchange for an honest review!

Book 3 in the Getting Shipped! series. Completely works as a stand alone. Clean romance

Aiden is happily living alone on his goat farm outside of Bordeaux, Ohio. During a snow squall, he hears a crash. A woman has crashed into a tree and in unconscious. He carries her into his house and cares for her. She doesn't have a wallet, her cell phone was destroyed in the crash. He has no idea who she is. When she wakes, she has complete amnesia. She doesn't even know her own name. They file a report and... wait. As time goes by, Em (the woman) quickly fits perfectly into Aiden's life.

This is by far my favorite of the series. Aiden is great and you can't help but feel for Em. Since this mainly takes place on Aiden's farm, there is less of the town of Bordeaux, but they do make a few appearances.

There are really only two things that I didn't care for- the last 1/4 or so was really dragging. A lot could have been cut out and the story would have been better for it. Gabriella, Em/Mallory's BFF, is a bit much. I did listen to the audiobook, so it may be more of how the narrator spoke when narrating her lines.

Book 3 is again narrated by Amy McFadden and Will Damron. This was probably the best narration of the series- book 1, I felt their speeds were mismatched and it annoyed me. Book 2, Amy sounded very manic when narrating Laura. Will was perfect in this one. Amy was better, except when narrating Gabriella.

I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.

I absolutely adored this third book. This whole series has been lovely so far but Em (Mallory) and Aiden are just so sweet together. I think the gentle way these two fall for each other is so special. As in the previous two books the side characters that make up the town of Bordeaux are all fabulous and the sense of community is an integral part in the joy of this series.

I also want to add that as a second read through of this book I did enjoy the audiobook, which was read by Amy McFadden and Will Damron. I thought they did a really great job with the reading of this book and made these lovely characters come to life.

Thank you to Savannah Scott, Dreamscape Media and NetGalley for the Advance Audio Copy. This is my personal and honest review

Mallory "Em" , from Boston, just canceled her wedding and took the honeymoon by herself. She is driving in the middle of nowhere Ohio and crashes her car. Aiden rescues her and brings her back to his house. When Mallory wakes up she can't remember who she is but she knows she is on a goat farm. The closest thing to her name she can think of is Em, so Aiden and everyone in town starts calling her Em. Aiden and Em get to know each other through cute baby goats, a bird attack in a cemetery, and some unexpected additions to the family. Join Em and Aiden as they traverse the pitfalls of romance and amnesia.

This book is so darn cute, it has baby goats! This is a nice and easy listen and there is a sweetness factor to it but not too sweet. If you need a palate cleanser from serious books this one is a good one to listen to. It's a good one to cuddle up with on a cold day with a nice cup of tea or glass of wine. If you have little ones around it will be ok if they hear anything since there are no sex scenes, just a few kissing scenes.

I started listening to the book at normal speed for the first two chapter and then sped it up to 1.75. The narrators have nice voices and intonation.

This is a hilarious, sweet romance that blew me away. Aiden and Mallory/Em are amazing characters – they are well-developed and very relatable. The reason the heroine has two names is because she is in a car accident where she loses her memory and Em is the name that she goes by until her memories come back. These characters together were amazing, and I believe their chemistry and romance. Aiden is a swoon-worthy book boyfriend. He is the whole package.

The secondary characters are eclectic and interesting. They served many purposes and the best, they weren’t just there to be there, but move the plot along or show a different side to one of the main characters. And the kids in this story, love ‘em.

The story and romance are an adventure and I had a blast going on this. There were many times I was roaring with laughter because I found it that funny. For those who like it (and I’m one of them) the couples from the previous books in the series were in this book – so you get to see them in their HEA. I however read this book out of order (I haven’t read anything else in the series) and I was still able to highly enjoy the book without feeling like I was missing something. I will be reading the other books in the series – this book is that good.

I listened to this book on audio and thoroughly enjoyed it. The narrators are good and easy to understand regardless of the speed at which I listened to the story. They changed their voices to match the character they were speaking for and that added to my enjoyment of the story.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I listened to this audiobook. The narrators were GREAT! They did a wonderful job telling the story in an interesting way, fun, flirty way. I truly enjoyed listening. The book was a good, fun romcom. M and Aiden are very cute and funny together. I laughed out loud several times. The book is very predictable. I felt a little distracted by all of the obstacles they encountered. It was very story-like to me vs being able to picture it in real life. It is an overall wholesome love story that I did enjoy. #Townshipped #NetGalley

4.75⭐

Book 3 in the Getting Shipped! series ~ fine as a standalone, but you might as well read them all because they're a delight.

Featuring ~ dual 1st person POV, close proximity, amnesia, farm life, goats galore, small town, slow burn, no steamage

Mallory & Aiden
Shining Knight Aiden rescues Mallory after she crashes her car in a snow storm while on her 'one~y~moon' after calling off her wedding. A bump on her noggin causes her to have amnesia. As the weeks go by she slowly fills in the missing pieces of her life before she met the handsome farmer. Will she want to go back to her old city life or might she have 3 reasons, plus a slew of goats, to want to stay right where she is?

OMG ~ this is my favorite in the series. I lovedy love loved these two so much!!! They were both so sweet and when he got custody of his niece & nephew I was loving how they adapted so well. I didn't care for the inevitable 'break up' of course~ speak up ya love birds!

Perfect side characters that we've already loved from the previous books and an adorable epilogue to conclude the delightfulness.

Narrated by Amy McFadden and Will Damron for 10 hours and 35 minutes. They did a lovely job.

Duke played a big part and I'm guessing he'll get his happily ever after in the next book and I'm ready for it.

I LOVED THIS BOOK! I was able to listen to Friend and Battleshipped and they were so good! What I loved about thus book is that it wasn’t two people fighting in the end and then reconnecting. The connection was mutual and it was ‘t an overly slow burn! Narrators were awesome!

5 STARS!

Aiden is more interested in taking care of his goats than getting serious about anyone. Until a woman crashes in his tree during a winter storm and can't remember anything, even her own name. He decides to take her in until she can be identified and her family found.
This friends to lovers romance is book 3 in the Getting Shipped! series, and I liked it, but it was not my favorite of the series. This story has been done so many times before (except for the goats part, which I loved!), but I still liked it, although I did have to seriously suspend disbelief. As previously stated, I loved the goats, and I loved the relationship between Aiden and Mallory, but I would've liked to see more tension and chemistry between the characters. I listened to the audio book, and the narration was great.
I received an advance review copy for free and I am leaving this review voluntarily.

This feel-good, small town romcom really just hit the spot!

Welcome to Bordeaux where everyone knows your name(and probably every little detail of your personal life). This small town is like a family - a little too meddlesome, but is always pushing you to go for what makes your heart truly happy.

Savannah Scott not only makes you melt into her love story, but she also does it in a way that feels like being wrapped up in a blanket on a rainy day.

This book is great for anyone that needs a chuckle, wants to find a country book beau, or just wants something light and fluffy to read.

Mallory and her engagement and decides to go on her honeymoon anyway on a quest of deciding what she does want in her life. Her quest doesn't go as expected when she gets stuck in a snow squall and crashes her car.

Aiden has a carefully controlled life running his IT consulting business and a farm of goats and a llama, and a town that knows everybody's business. When when a woman crashes in front of his house and has amnesia from her injuries, he takes her in.

The friendship that grows between M and Aiden palpably has more to it to everybody except the two of them. As M regains, her memory and a foot hold in Aiden's life, the way in which they grow together creates a sweet story about making the hard decisions that are right for each other and helping each other through traumatic situations.

A sweet, chaste rom-com read with a lean toward celebrating the small things, caring for one another, and following ones true self.

This was a really cute story but I had a hard time connecting with the main character being totally fine with being in a car accident and having amnesia like it’s no big deal.

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the audio version. I enjoyed the story it was very cute romance. The enjoyed the male narrator. I was not a fan of the female narrator. She did a good job sometimes but most of the time she sounded like a valley girl and did that with all the female voices?🤷 After a while it got annoying how she talked.
But all in all the story was very cute and romantic and I just found out that it is part of a series. So I can't read to read the other books.

Townshipped was such a sweet romance. Being able to continue this series through Netgalley has been the best. The narrators for this book did such a fantastic job. I thought their story was super sweet and sad. This story starts out with the main character getting into a car accident and couldn’t remember her past. So, with the main Male character saves her from the accident and lets her stay at his home on a farm. It was just so sweeeeet and awkward. Small town romances are so cute. My stomach did a backflip when M said, “You are my home.” Such a fantastic series and can’t wait to continue it. Thanks to Netgalley and Dreamscape Media for the early Audio book.

THE EPILOGUE RUINED ME

I’m not crying! YOU are crying! This was such a heartwarming story! I love any story that involves mischievous goats, but add in a cute love story and kids who just need a sturdy home and I am SOLD! I don’t typically get emotional over books or movies, but someone most be cutting some onions nearby. 😂

Townshipped by Savannah Scott

This story follows Aiden, a small-town farmer in Bordeaux, Ohio. Bordeaux is your typical small town where everyone knows everyone’s business and Aiden doesn’t hear the end of his bachelorhood. He is perfectly content working remotely and maintaining his goat farm.

One stormy night a woman crashes into a tree in front of his property. She is left with amnesia from the crash, her phone is broken, and has no identification on her. She ends up staying with Aiden until her family can be contacted, or her identity figured out. As the reader, you know that the woman is Mallory who was going on her honeymoon road trip solo after she called off her marriage.

Aiden and Mallory get along great and are enjoying getting to know one another as Mallory starts to regain her memory. The town is watching them fall for each other, and they are falling for each other. However, hard decisions have to be made when a tragedy occurs in Aiden’s life.

I would give this book 3 stars and is a great read for anyone looking for a lighthearted, sweet, small-town romance.

Thank you to NetGalley, Dreamscape Media, and Hallmark Publishing for allowing me a digital advanced reader’s copy!
