This second book in the series was adorable!! I loved the dynamic Brady had with his baby momma and he was so dang good with his daughter! Violet is amazing with his daughter as well and was so professional when she realized who he was…. But man! Their chemistry was fire and I absolutely loved them figuring that out!! His parents also cracked me up!! Great story with a great ending and I most definitely look forward to more of this series!

You can't kiss the nanny, Brady Banks. Even if she was the one-night stand you haven't been able to get out of your mind for months!

But of course, kissing the nanny is exactly what Brady Banks does! And Violet, the nanny, loves kissing him back! There is so much sexual tension simmering between these two, and it's just compounded a hundred times over by the fact that they had a one-night stand months ago and are trying to ignore the undeniable chemistry between them!

This story is sexy and fun, a little bit forbidden, and a whole lot of steamy. Aaron Shedlock and Cindy Kay did a wonderful job with this duet narration (which I've decided is the best narration of all!).

Brady is a great dad, and Violet is wonderful with Theo. And Brady and his ex, Hannah, have a wonderful relationship co-parenting their son. I loved that, rather than the meddling ex-wife trope. Instead, we have Violet's meddling mom! Seriously, she drove me bonkers. But I loved Brady's mom, Lennon, and dad, Jasper, and hope we see more of them as owners of the Kingsmen in future books!

I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.

Book 2 in the Kingsmen Football Stars series ~ yes a standalone, but our book 1 characters make a few appearances, so you might as well read books .5 and 1 first.

Featuring ~ dual 1st person POV, football, one night stand, single dad, boss/nanny, off limits, forced proximity, steamage

Brady & Violet had a no names one night stand ~ flash forward 6 months and Violet is now Brady's son's new live in nanny. So now we're in forbidden territory, add in the forced proximity with a side of a walk-in pantry and wowza with the chemistry.

Brady was such a great dad and Theo was a great 6 year old boy. He was perfectly behaved and such a delight. Perhaps that's due to Brady and Hannah's wonderful co-parenting regime. I loved Theo and Violet's relationship too. I am going to give myself 2 more single dad books before I determine that maybe I really don't mind them at all.

Brady has a wonderful relationship with his parents ~ his mom is a hoot! But, Violet's mom was a bit much with her meddling.

Overall, an all around delight! I am loving this series. I've smelled the set up since book 1 for the next book and I'll be ready and waiting for Chase and Twyla's story.

Brady Banks is a single dad, who plays wide receiver for the San Francisco Kingsmen. His son's mother takes a job as a nurse helping people from a war-torn country. This means that Brady needs a nanny to help care for his son.

Violet is a nanny. When she shows up at her new assignment, she recognizes the father of Theo, ths boy she'll be taking care of. He's the hot guy she spent an anonymous night with a few months back. But Violet has a job to do and it doesn't include a relationship with Theo's dad.

Brady recognizes the woman he spent the night with. The one he can't get out of his head. But You Can't Kiss the Nanny, Brady Banks!

I loved this story! Brady has an awesome relationship with Theo and he's a genuinely nice guy. Violet bonds with Theo and is so great with him. If Brady's name sounds familiar, it is because his parents had their own Piper Rayne book. It was great to see them walk through this story.

You definitely don't want to miss this book!

What happens, when a hot night with a one night stand shows up months later to be your kids Nanny, while his mom is away for work? You are about to find out in this steamy, funny romance from Piper Rayne.

This is the second book in the Kingsman football series, and while it can be read as a stand-alone, I highly recommend reading the first book, not only does the couple from the first book make an appearance, but you also catch some glimpses of our current hero Brady. 😉

Grab this one if your looking for a single dad/nanny Romance, insta spark, one-night stand (turned more), football/sports romance. Complete with an awesome coparenting and a super cute kid!

So much chemistry!!!!

We’ve known Brady for a long time. We all fell in love with his 5 year old energy when Jasper & Lennon found love in Mad About The Banker. But in Lee Burrows book, we find he’s quite the ladies man & playboy. He’s the best wide receiver for the San Fran Kingsmen after all. But one spectacular night stand, an anonymous one at that, changed that course for the better.

Violet Park, she’s another one of those jaded by love girls who just want to take the leap to get back out there. No rebound for her! But her anonymous one night stand has imprinted on her way more than she bargained for.

This addition to the Kingsmen series is not to be missed. I devoured this book and was a little upset when it was over. Who doesn’t love a one night stand or nanny read. Brady & Violet’s chemistry was so potent, every interaction between them was tense & sometimes adorably awkward. That pantry didn’t stand a chance, ha. And I loved the way that Violet was with Brady’s son, Theo & the way that he just took to her & loved her from the beginning. I also loved the relationship that Brady had with Theo’s mom, Hannah. Their co-parenting skills are definitely goals if put in that situation. I also loved the addition of the Korean culture & cuisine that were sprinkled in there.

Audiobook Review:
Aaron Shedlock & Cindy Kay were the perfect fit for these characters. Both drew me in to their characters & kept me wanting more of feeling their emotions.

4.5 STARS

This is a second chance romance with a touch of forbidden romance.
I’m a sucker for “nanny forbidden romances.”
Violet and Brady had a one night stand, six months later she’s been hired by his son’s mother to be the live-in nanny at his house while he has his son full-time for 6 months. Awkward…and a bit of fate maybe.
This is a case when I enjoyed a child being central to the story, Brady’s devotion to his son made him super swoony and showed his kind, caring side.
Violet’s connection with his son was fantastic, it showcased all her wonderful, smart and thoughtful qualities.
The characters still have chemistry and a strong pull towards each other, Violet has a few reasons she doesn’t want to pursue anything with Brady. Once I knew all her reasons it made sense to me.
There’s a lot of stolen , steamy moments that gave me the butterflies. They are so incredibly hot together.
I really like the characters and enjoyed their low angst, low drama romance.
It’s a really sweet story with lots of sexiness and mature, sensible characters.
It includes family relationships both good and bad that add depth and heart to the characters story.
I love the secondary characters from the football team, they’re tons of fun.
I love this book and series. I’m very excited for the next book, the characters are really intriguing and I think it will be fiery.

5 Her New Boss is a Surprise Stars!!

I absolutely love Violet and Brady!!! When the book opens we’re dropped into a scene that was filled with heat! Little did I know that the next time we see these two people again it’ll be because she’s the new nanny to his little boy… let the fireworks begin!!

Brady is a man that focuses on his son and football in that order. When he finds himself in need of a nanny, little did he expect to meet the hottest woman he’s ever been with to walk in his door… their connection is still on point!! But most importantly is Violet’s connection with his son Theo. And even though they tell each other they can’t do anything with each other because she’s his nanny, there’s only so much will power when it comes to the person that literally rocked your world!

I found myself totally engaged with this story thanks in part to the wonderful duet narration by Cindy Kay and Aaron Shedlock. They brought so much to this story. Especially when it comes to Violet’s family… and they’re a doozy that’s for sure!

There were moments of emotion that tugged at my heart whether it was when Theo was sad or when Violet’s family didn’t support her. And then there were moments of me laughing out loud when Brady is with his teammates or his parents… especially his Mom… she’s who everyone needs as their mom with her openness on so many levels!

With each book of this new series I’m loving the Kingsman Football Stars more and more. I’m a huge fan of sports romances, especially when it comes to football so I’m devouring each book as they’re being released!

This is book two in The Kingsman Football Stars series and it is Brady and Violet’s story and it is definitely a must read. Brady is a wide receiver for The Kingsmen Football Team and he is not only extremely wealthy and a playboy but also a single dad to Theo who he absolutely adores and would do anything for him but as Theo’s mom needs to go away for work he is staying with his dad who will need a nanny to help him out but when Violet shows up all the cards are definitely off the table but watch this space as things don’t go the way that Brady was hoping for. Violet couldn’t believe that she would be a nanny to Brady’s son Theo who is absolutely adorable but unfortunately she needs this job because Violet and Brady had a one night stand a while back and now she knows that she will have to keep her distance from Brady as he has heartbreak written all over him so looking after Theo will be her top priority not his father but things don’t always go as planned. Violet and Brady still have a strong connection and hot and intense chemistry between them and I loved watching them grow into a relationship that was so special and lasting after many ups and downs and complications but they tried so hard not to let it happen but unfortunately when it comes to true love and that arrow hitting you straight in the heart there is nothing that you can do about it except go along for the ride and get the happy ending that you both deserve. I absolutely loved this book and I couldn’t put it down as the characters and storyline pulled you in and kept your attention and I can’t wait to read the next book in this amazing series.

Brady couldn’t get Violet out of mind!

Violet Park needed to get a job and move out of her parent’s house and the short term nanny position would be perfect. But finding out that the job was taking care of the son of the single dad that she slept with six months ago wasn’t it.

Football player Brady Banks was surprised to find out the woman that he couldn’t get out of his mind was his new nanny for his son Theo. Brady was supposed to stay away from the nanny because taking care of Theo was the most important thing to Brady and Violet but he still couldn’t get Violet out of his mind.

I laughed at Brady not being able to get Violet out of his mind when she refused to give him her name or phone number the first time they met.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book from the author, Valentine PR and NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I really enjoyed Brady and Violet. Brady is drool worthy and Theo is adorable. The book has humor, heat and plenty of emotion. Overall a good addition to the series.

You Can’t Kiss The Nanny, Brady Banks is a fantastic addition to the Kingsmen Football Stars series! This book kicks off with an unforgettable night shared between Brady and Violet. Despite their intense chemistry, Violet isn’t looking for more and leaves Brady without her name and no way of contacting her. It will be six months before Brady and Violet are reunited. They should keep things simple, and professional, and forget about the night they shared together. But, forgetting chemistry like theirs is easier said than done.

You Can’t Kiss The Nanny, Brady Banks was such a fun read. You can’t help but fall for Violet the minute you meet her. She’s worked hard to handle the disappointments life has thrown her way and would do anything for those she lets into her circle. Being a nanny for Brady Banks was the last thing she ever expected, but turned out to be the best thing that ever happened to them.

I have to say, I applaud the author for the way that she handled Brady and Hannah’s situation. It was so refreshing to see a couple who truly wanted what was best for their child and worked hard at being co-parents. There was no baby mama drama and that made this reader truly happy.

Brady’s son, Theo, definitely stole my heart and the show of this book. He was such a sweet and adorable little boy. He was wise beyond his years and I just wanted him to have it all! I adored that Brady always made Theo his priority and never wanted to let him down.

In the end, this book was just the read I was looking for. It left a huge smile on my face. I fell hard and fast for Brady and Violet and I just loved every second of their story. You Can’t Kiss The Nanny, Brady Banks is a wonderful single dad, sports romance that will leave you swooning and devouring each and every word. I can’t wait to see what this author has in store for us with the next book in the Kingsmen Football Stars series!

I couldn’t wait to read Brady’s story. Brady has a one night stand, and unlike his others he feels a different kind of attraction. But they both agreed beforehand no names, just a hook up. So when the morning comes Brady doesn’t think he’ll have any problems getting her name and number. But she won’t budge. Violet is still healing from catching her fiance cheating. And has decided to have a one night stand to start moving on. So when she shows up to her new nanny job several months later the last person she’s expecting to see is the guy from that night, Brady. They are perfect for each other. This is one the those books that you start reading and don’t want to put down. I cannot wait to read Chases story next!

This was a quick read. Like I binged it in one night! It just kind of sucks you in and you can’t stop. Just a cute HEA feel good read with some steamy scenes. This was a great addition to the series!

Brady, a single dad playing professional football, and Violet had a one night stand six months ago and now she’s his new live in nanny. And yes it’s as cliche as it sounds in all the best ways.

Theo is the most adorable kid! I love his obsession with legos. Violet and Brady have great chemistry. Brady is everyone fantasy as a single dad: sounds really hot, had his priorities in order, coparents like a champ, loves his parents!

I just wish we had a few additions to make this story great. My biggest one is let’s add some real sports action in there! It’s soo annoying to me when authors give me a sports ball prayer but no real sports playing action. Like come on Violet and Theo even went to games in this book why couldn’t Brady run in a touchdown at least. Second, I think we needed more of their non-sex time to truly see the relationship. It was good as is but I don’t believe either one is ready for marriage.

Still overall I have loved this series and cannot wait for the next installment!

Read if you like: Dual POV, Korean female MC, one night stand, boss and nanny, celebrities, single dad, forced proximity, spicy 🔥

Piper Rayne can do no wrong. Their books are always full of well written back stories, perfect tension with banter, and amazing spicy scenes. This is a boss nanny situation with a previous one night stand. Their chemistry is so strong throughout the book. I can't rave about this enough. I highly recommend this book! It comes out on Valentine's Day!

Thank you to NetGalley, the author, and Valentine PR for the gifted e-book ❤️

This is the second book in the series, and I have to say, I enjoyed this installment more than the first. Brady and Violet share a hot and down right off the chart steamy one night stand 6 months prior to where this story takes off. I loved this couple alot, and throw the adorable Theo into the mix and you have a very entertaining book. Loved the kids party, loved how Violet was with Theo, and definitely have a new appreciation for pantries!!! LOL. Great addition to this series, can't wait to see what happens next.

A break all the rules temptation that not only speaks to the senses, but touches the heart. Violet and Brady turn forbidden into irresistible. From complicatedly inconvenient to happily ever after is deliciously messy, yet somehow Rayne and company makes it work. You Can't Kiss the Nanny, Brady Banks turns unpredictable into unforgettable.

Heartbroken after she caught her fiance cheating, Violet decides she needs a rebound. A one-night stand with no name, no numbers shared after. After months, the guy turns out to be the dad to the little boy she will be nannying for a few months.
Brady didn’t expect to see her again. She’s been on his mind every day since that night of passion. Now he’s her boss, and she’s supposed to be off limits. But the heat is still there; they can’t seem to turn it off. Brady has been unable to shake his feelings for her; the same fiery attraction that brought them together that night has lingered on even now after a few months.

You Can’t Kiss the Nanny, Brady Banks by Piper Rayne, is a cute contemporary romance with a single dad and comedy. It has a boss/employee and close proximity that’ll take steaminess to high heat. If you love nanny romances, a touch of friends with benefits, and sizzling heat, this book will be a worthwhile read for you.

I love how Theo is present in the story. In some of the single-parent romances I’ve read, the kids don’t often show up or have an effect on the plot. They’re just there to give an excuse for the main characters to meet or be next to each other. It’s not the case with this one. Theo’s scenes are my favourite. And I love how Violet is with him. She’s a great nanny and friend.

The romance was well written, and even though this story isn’t really one that I haven’t read before, theirs felt unique. The difference in their relationship with their parents and different ways of life. Violet’s parents are Korean, and they believe that you’ll have a successful future if you’re either a doctor or a lawyer. It was sad to see how the difference was so clear and how even Theo caught up on it.

Violet had a few moments where I got annoyed at her but I understood her better with each chapter. She was scared of getting her heart broken again, so she decided to be careful with it. And Brady wasn’t sure if he could make it work between them, having Theo get attached to her and then things not working out will make this whole thing between them more complicated. Their love for each other and Theo along with the way this book ends is just flawless and perfect.

5 Star Review You Cant Kiss The Nanny Brady Banks (Kingsmen Football Stars #2) by Piper Rayne

I never thought I would love a series as much as I love Piper Rayne’s Bailey and Greene families but I should have known better. The Kingsmen Football Stars is quickly becoming another favourite series.

Whenever I pick up a new book by Piper Rayne I know I am in for an emotional, witty well written story that will leave me with a smile on my face. You Can’t Kiss The Nanny Brady Banks ticked all the boxes for me. I was hooked on single dad Brady and Violet’s second chance at love story from the first paragraph and don’t get me started on little Theo, Brady’s son, he was so cute and almost stole the book away from our couple.

All they had was one night, but neither Brady or Violet could forget it. Imagine their shock when Violet turns out to be the new nanny hired by Theo’s mother to help Brady out while she is overseas working. Brady and his ex may not be together but they do have a great relationship and are both focused on doing their best for Theo.

I loved the journey that these two embarked on. They both tried so hard to ignore the sizzling attraction that sparked between them but the heart wants who the heart wants and once they crossed the line, all bets were off.

The banter was witty, the chemistry scorching, the camaraderie and interference by the other players who all have an opinion just added to my enjoyment of the story.

Another winner for Piper Rayne.

Violet and Brady first met six months prior when they had a one night stand. Neither could get the other out of their head. Brady went so far as to look for Violet but didn't have any luck until Hannah hired her to be the nanny. Hannah is Theo's mother, who co-parents with Brady, and is not the typical woman you would expect in a story but quite realistic. Hannah cares about her son and is willing to do what is necessary to make sure he is taken care of.

I thought this book was cute, I'm a Lee Burrows fan what can I say, but I still enjoyed this book. The three of them are cute together and you can tell from the get go that Violet and Brady were meant to be together. No matter how hard they tried to deny it, I mean the pantry did get a lot of visitors. I love seeing the guys on the team interact and you can feel the brotherly comrade between them. I cannot wait for the next book, I think that Chase and Twyla's story is going to be a fun ride.
