There are some fabulous recipes in this cookbook. I have at least half of them bookmarked to make at a later date. This book not only includes yummy recipes with appealing pictures and easily accessed ingredients, it also provides helpful information on getting the most out of a panini maker. This cookbook would be helpful for not only someone new to paninis but also a cook who has been making them for a while. It's definitely a winner.

This is a fun recipe book with a variety of recipes. The book includes recipes beyond sandwiches that can be made using a panini press. It's a nice cook book to flip through and figure out something easy to make.

Just as the title states these Panini recipes are quick and easy. What the title did not mention is that they are also very delicious! After reading this cookbook, my family and I made a few different recipes for dinner. Let's just say it was a hit with the entire family even my pickiest eater. Furthermore, what I loved about this cookbook is that it offered recipes for different dietary needs ( especially since I am pescatarian). I would highly recommend this cookbook to friends, family, and others looking to add some flavor to their weekly dinner lineup.

This recipe book is so much more than I thought it was going to be!

To be honest I thought I was going to be shifting my way through page after page of varieties of sandwiches. I could not have been more wrong!! As someone who loves to cook and have for many years, I did feel rather silly that I hadnt thought of the many different ways in which I could use my Panini press!!

Here you will find some great ideas, the images and instructions are simply and beautifully laid out. Its a great book that I would recommend to anyone!!

This is an excellent guide to creating scrumptious sandwiches 🥪 as well as other delectable dishes with your panini press. The book has many photos and lots of info for people who are interested in making paninis at home.

In this book you get more tips and tricks on how to use it in more ways than the traditional ones. The recipes are easy to make and I love all the combinations!

If you love sandwiches and paninis, you might need this book. There were so many recipes and the photos made me want to try them all! I am definitely getting a copy for my friend that loves paninis and I did appreciate how the chapters were separated. The recipes were fairly easy to follow and not complicated at all. This would be a great book to have in the kitchen.

I really enjoyed that this cookbook taught me about other ways to use my panini press. I also enjoyed that the recipes weren’t complex. Whether you like to cook or not these recipes are easy to follow.

While I am sure the food in the pictures was absolutely delicious my one gripe would be that some of the pictures were a bit bland and not creative.

This would be an excellent housewarming gift or for a college kid.

The Quick and Easy Panini Press Cookbook by Kathy Strahs offers a wide range of recipes for panini lovers, but as a reader, I was hoping for a bit more creativity and flavor in the dishes. While the recipes were easy to follow, I found that some of the paninis looked a bit dry and lacked the robust flavors I was hoping for.

This cookbook has inventive and creative ideas for paninis and for the use of the panini press. From your regular grilled cheese sandwich to grilling cuts of meat or vegetables, this book has it all. There are even some inventive cake and dessert recipes. With unique combinations, these recipes make for an interesting mix of recipes that beg to be tried.

I used to devour cookbooks the same way I would novels. I had a huge collection of my own. With the advent of the internet, it became easier just to search Google for a recipe that suited my needs or moods. But, it's not the same as sitting down and reading a cookbook.

I saw this cookbook about Paninis. While I read the online version, it has the feel of a “real” cookbook. I'm sure the physical book will not disappoint. Great index, beautiful photos and a great choice of foods to make using a panini press.

I do own a panini press, I don't use it enough but when I do, I love the result. I have a few favourite pressed sandwiches that I have made but few and new ideas are more than welcome.

I was pleasantly surprised to see that a panini press could be used for more than sandwiches. I think my favourite in this book was for a tomato soup. The press was used to grill the tomatoes and onions for the soup. The croutons were also made in the press. This recipe is a keeper……I’m looking forward to making this and eating it. I have marked several other recipes.

This is a very comprehensive cookbook for using a panini press. There is everything from sandwiches (the standard) to desserts, and a few things in between. The photos make everything look very appetizing!

I love panini's. My entire family loves panini's. They are a quick, tasty, and (relatively) cheap dinner idea for when I don't feel like cooking a huge meal. And they are a great way to use up different odds and ends! With that in mind I couldn't wait to dive into this cookbook and get ideas to expand on my panini repertoire.

This is one of those books I’m going to go out and buy a physical copy of because I need to have this with me in the kitchen when I’m using my sandwich press. Honestly I have this thing and only ever make cheese and bean toasties in it but this book has opened my eyes to some great ideas including some lovely sweet options I had never even considered using a sandwich press for. I love a grilled cheese as well so the pimped up chapter on grilled cheese is just down my street. I am starving now and it’s not even breakfast time yet.

There are lots suggestions for making your toasted sandwiches much more interesting, and also lots of other ways the press can be used. There are lots of mouth watering pictures and all recipes can be adapted to suit your own tastes. Overall a great book that is especially useful for quick and easy lunches.

An interesting and innovative way to get the most out of your machine , many receipes and uses I'd never thought off. Brilliant.

I love a good panini when out and about, so the idea of being able to make my own delicious ones at home? Even better! There are some absolutely beautiful recipes in here, ranging from delightfully simple, to the more indulgent and extravagant. The recipes are easy to follow, and there’s a wide range to suit everyone - there’s I sure to be something that suits all of the family in here. My only criticism would be that I love it when a recipe book has an accompanying photograph for each dish, and this book doesn’t. Don’t get me wrong, most have one, and they look mouthwatering, but I just like to know what I’m aiming for.

Would recommend.

I’ve been looking for books to add to our cooking section as that has become quite popular with our readers. I love paninis. I think they are quick, easy, and filling. I thought this was a great book to give some new fresh ideas and recipes for new panini ideas.

A great book for making toasted sandwiches just that little bit more interesting and tasty. And as the title suggests, the recipes are quick and easy, the ingredients required are in your pantry or fridge. The recipes are tasty and yes it is easy.

I liked that there was information to get you started and the chapters were laid out so if you wanted chicken you went to chapter one, if you want seafood you go to chapter five and if you want a dessert panini well you go to chapter eight.

And finally I loved the Measurement Equivalents on page 138 as I always find this information very important as each country seems to have their own measurements.

I'm hungry now so might just make myself a panini... Ahh but which one should I pick?

This is a lovely book that shows the versatility of panini press / grilling type machines.

The author uses a lovely narrative through the book which allows insight into how she has arrived at the recipes, this gives the book an authentic, personal touch.

There are a few sections dedicated to meats, one on fish (beautifully entitled 'gifts from the sea'), a further section on fruit, vegetables and beans. Grilled cheese gets a section all to itself (Amen to that!), and the book is very appropriately concluded with desserts.

Photography is used throughout, with some recipes featured. The recipes themselves are varied and tempting.

Measurements are given in pounds and ounces, but there is a useful conversion table at the end of the book - this is appreciated!

All in all a lovely book, I have sampled the utterly delectable 'flutternutter panini' and the 'grilled angel food cake with lemon curd' is definitely next on my list! So far I am definitely impressed!
