I’ve had a panini press for years and didn’t realize I wasn’t using it to its potential until this cookbook. I’ve never thought to use it to grill bacon before. Great recipes in here from the traditional caprese panini to jerk chicken, and so much more.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher, Quarto Publishing Group – Harvard Common Press, for the ARC. All opinions are my own.

If you are OBSESSED with using your Panini Press you will get a lot out of this book. I picked it up because I was super curious about the variety it would have, and I can't say it disappointed.

I love the variety of recipes and they taste delicious, but I realize that like with many cooking books, I will not use a lot of recipes myself. I still think it’s a great book

I am utterly in love with a perfect grilled cheese --- but I gave my panini press machine away to my niece's roommate when I "cleaned house"...this book is making me regret doing that!

There is so much more to a press than grilled cheese and this book will get your tummy happy, and, best of all, it works for any press out there, not just a specific brand as many press cookbooks do. Whether an omnivore or vegan, you can get a lot from this book and I will recommend it to anyone bored with lunch in general as a small investment will make a lot of great food.

This book is a lovely collection of recipes that involve a Panini Press. Did you think you could only make sandwiches? Me too, but this book has so many ideas that I had never even thought of! A very meat heavy collection of filling recipes that don't require any hard to find ingredients!

Okay, I'm so happy to have access to this cookbook, because I recently received a Panini Press as a gift, with little to no ambition into making clever sandwiches, and now hopefully, the Quick and Easy Panini Press Cookbook will give me the drive to power forward. Even from first glance, the Manchego, Honey, and Hot Soppressata panini looks RIGHT up my alley.
