What a beautifully written book filled with love and hope! Telling the story of Georgia and her best friend Gabe and their relationship through childhood to now and the illness that was going to take Georgia's life unless a double transplant and compatible donors were found.

Discover the true meaning of love through family, friends and animals and a beautiful place called "Cliffview"!

First time reader of this author but not my last.

I loved this story from beginning to end and found it hard to put down.

I love this authors books and they have a real knack of writing about the human condition and the human emotions surrounding health and other sensitive issues and this story was no exception. This is the third instalment of the sea breeze dark series but could also be read as a standalone.

I was invested in the characters and the storyline from the very beginning having loved the previous books in this series and this book was AJ emotional rollercoaster and focused on the characters of Gabe and Georgias story along with the re appearance of characters from the other books. This storyline was based around the sensitive topic of organ donation and the author dealt with this in a very compassionate and sensitive way and also highlighted the importance of this and why more people should consider being donors as it gives others the biggest gift of all a chance to carry on with their lives and fulfil their dreams.

This book was an emotional rollercoaster of a read it was heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time and ripped my heart strings apart and gradually pieced them back together again.

I am looking forward to the next instalment of this series to see how the lives of those living in and around seabreeze farm continue to develop and evolve.

A sweet romance about hope, friendship and love. I really enjoyed the story and the focus on rescues and the importance of organ donation.

Oh Gosh! This is one big heart breaker of a book.
Book three in the Seabreeze Farm series.

Georgia gets devastating news from her consultant Mr Kennedy, she has things she want to do and was not going to put them off.
Best friend Gabe and her mother Caroline are wanting to know about more treatment, but her illness has run it's course she wants just one more summer, and quality of life is what she has right now.
Her to-do list is going to be just little things like to live by the sea go back to a cabin in Cliffview no other place she wants to be than Seabreeze Farm on Kelsea Bay her favourite place when growing up.

A full heart warming story, I could just not stop the tears flowing, this book flows with all your emotions from the start right to the ending, And a tissue box is a must need, I loved it and the characters. 5 stars

Fantastic to be back at Seabreeze Farm but you can read as a stand alone. You meet Georgia who is very poorly and Gabe best friend. It is a story full of twists and heartbreak and happiness. Lots of animals . You are also following Elle and her life running Seabreeze . Lots of wedding and funny animal bits. It takes a little time to warm to Georgia but it makes you think how you would be in that situation.. It had a perfect ending.

A diamond from Jo Bartlett . An amazing story about how importan is to be organ donors and the organ
transplant . Georgia is having diabetes type 2 which has cause her kindey and spleen to not work as they should and her heart is very weak . Her doctor tells her she only have about a year to live so she has a not-a-bucket list that want to complete . With the help of Gabe her best friend and secretly love of her life try to make them true . She gets to live in Seabreeze Farm for the summer so she can paint and draw the animals . She meets Ellie and Karen and they became real friends . She helps with her drawiing the One Wish organication which helps sick people wishes came true . When Gabe propose to her she accepts and she is very happy . When they call her about getting a transplant everything changes for her . Was her marriage with Gabe out of love or pity ?
I loved the way Georgia was writen strong , opinionated , always refuse the help of others because she didn't want the others pity .
I received this book from net galley and the publisher as an ARC. Thank you! All thoughts and opinions are my own .

For the first time ever I'm going have to stop reading a Boldwood Book because I can't stand Georgia. Orginally I wanted to read her story but the more I got in, the more I began to hate her. She's selfish, nasty, horrible and won't let anyone do anything nice for her. I was really excited about this one because its Jo and I've started to enjoy her writing.

Sorry!

This book was full of angst, some sadness and grit. Georgia is such a fighter. She has a huge heart and loves fiercely. Gabe is so swoony. He a loving, giving compassionate man. This story takes us on a journey with Georgia, Gabe and her mom, as Georgia battles for her life. This book is written with compassion and a great deal of talent. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced free copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own. I received a copy from the publisher through NetGalley.
