This is an amazing activity book on the properties of light, which further can be used to light up the world with only household materials.
Activities reminded me of my school days when I used to make rainbow at home and split light colors in water as well.
Instructions given here were simple and easy follow through.

Light it Up by Scientific American Editors - 5/5

This fun science book that consists of 10 different physical science experiences that involve lights. This has been such a fun book to dive into now that we are in the middle of summer and scorching high temperatures. The science projects are easy to try with step-by-step instructions, illustrations to guide your way and easy enough for all ages. I tried these with my children's ages between 5 to 14.

Thank you NetGalley and Rosen Publishing Group for the eARC.

Thank you so much to NetGalley and Rosen Publishing Group for my copy of Holiday Science by Scientific American Editors in exchange for an honest review. It published January 1, 2023.
What a neat book! I love how this book teaches about different forms of light, and science around it, and would be fun for homeschool, and any students of any kind! This would make an excellent gift for a science lover in your life!
