This book is the epitome of enchanting. Not only is the concept of the story phenomenal but the writing holds up to the weight and magic of the story.

The authors use of two timelines at the same time, which has been done before and can be confusing or annoying, serves the story beautifully.

This book is truly a story that unfolds at an amazing pace and I cannot recommend it enough. I even stopped reading halfway through to check to see if there would be more in the series, even though I was reading and ARC and the first wasn’t even published yet. This book will be one of my most recommended in the future and would be a really refreshing choice for a book club.
