Interesting ideas shared in a clear and systematic fashion. I don’t really agree with some of the ideas expressed nor do I feel this had enough evidence to support their arguments most of the time but it’s readable and I’m sure it aligns with someone else’s world view more clearly than my own. I’d have loved to see a stronger Biblical foundation.

This a great self-help book that truly speaks to those who have experienced body-image issues in their lifetime. Sarah's narrative is simple to understand and instantly relatable. I never thought about how my Mum's image of herself reflected on how I view myself. Thank you NetGalley for an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion.

I like the flow and inclusiveness of this book. This topic is one I have been working through actively in therapy and should be talked about more.

Five stars! I am so happy I came across this book on NetGalley. It's everything I've been searching for. Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC. Sarah writes her heart out and organizes her thoughts in an easy to read way. I plan to share this book with my audience and look forward to learning more about Sarah's work in the world through Instagram.
