A fast paced thriller that I didn’t want to put down. It did take me a good minute to get into the book but I was coming out of the reading slump, so this was really great to get me out of it. This, but kept you on your toes with all the twists that go on throughout the story.

Another great page turner, where we think we know the story but in reality we are so wrong.

I loved the twists and turns of this story and needed to race to the end to find out who the real killer was. At the same time i didnt want it to end.

Truth vs lies. He said vs she said. Who is telling the truth? I really couldn’t make up who was good and who was bad. This book so many twists and turns. This is a fast paced book and I would recommend this to domestic thriller readers.

I have read many books by this Author and think I found a new fave! This was such a great read! I loved the twist, I thought I predicted the ending, nope, I didn't! Excellent read. 4 stars

Very good book from an author I've never read from I wasn't disapointed I liked being able to try and figure out who did it....

4.5 stars. Holy heck, I raced quickly through this one. Unreliable narrators, plenty of misdirections and plot twists that keep you guessing and changing your mind about what the truth is. I very much recommend this one in along line of thrillers that seem to be flooding the market these days.

My Word Against His is suspense-filled. gripping read which has you compulsively turning the pages. Well-plotted it has many twists you don't see coming which makes the ending even more jaw-dropping.

All I can say is wow !!! This book hooked me from the very beginning. What a great story. The phone rings and all the voice on the other end of the line says is "It's Me". I would know that voice anywhere. It hasn't changed in thirteen years. The voice says "It's life or death. You must tell the truth". The next thing that happens is a terrible car wreck and as I struggle back to consciousness and I recognize the man beside me I quickly realize that it's all his fault. I hear sirens in the distance. Surely the police will arrest him and let me go as I am clearly innocent... or am I?

Thank you for allowing me to receive an ARC of this novel. This is the first book that I have gotten to read from this author and I am happy that I did. This book was a great thriller/suspense novel. It keep me guessing throughout.

There were so many creepy factors that I loved about this! Absolutely devoured this book.

I received an arc copy of this book from Net Galley in exchange for my honest opinion of it. This book is hard for me to review as I did like parts of it. Almost every person in this book was crazy in some way. I felt like there were some unanswered questions. There were some twists that I enjoyed but the storyline was a little confusing at times going from present to past.

I’m not a great fan of unreliable pov because I spend all my time thinking back to what was said to see if the whole story tallies. So that would be my one complaint but I get why the author used this method.
The plot was intriguing and I read the book very quickly which usually means I’m enjoying it. The ending left enough unresolved issues to have you thinking about the characters afterwards. S I would definitely recommend this particularly as a holiday read.

I really enjoyed this book and whizzed through it in a couple of days. The story kept me guessing right up to the last few pages. Excellent characters that were totally believable.

I requested this book as i was drawn in by the cover and thought it looked interesting.
I found this book to be Dark, disturbing and claustrophobic.

Wow what a powerful,incredibly satisfying read this is. Loved it from start to finish. Will be recommending it to everyone. A very special book.

So have read this author before, but the book cover grabbed me and made me want to read it.

He said she said books i really like to read it does make you wonder who is telling the truth and then when you get to the end there is always a twist.

Having read work from North before, I was excited to get access to this one. From the word go, I was hooked. North is the master of twists and turns within her work and this did not disappoint. The story lead me down one path, only to lead me a different way and then finish on another.

The pace was fast, although sometimes the flicking between characters and time can be quiet off putting. Having said that, the way it was initiated meant that the reader begins the story at the end but then has to read to find out how we got to that point and what the outcome will be.

I thoroughly enjoyed this from the moment I picked it up and highly recommend.

This is a strangely compelling book, you just don’t know who to believe. The odd behaviour and peculiar routines of the main character is so unusual you cannot help but get enthralled by it. I really had to know what was going on and why she was behaving this way with such rigid routines, so I devoured it within a couple of days. Its really quirky, dark and has a cracking twist or two. Definitely a good one for summer reading. Love to see someone getting their comeuppance!

This is probably the most gripping book I have read this year. I needed an outcome, I needed the result. I’m trying to get my head around the whole storyline and ending but Wow!!!

I don’t do spoilers so all I can say is READ IT. I would love other readers feedback please.
