Heart pounding thriller that left me on the edge of my seat. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this one. Definitely one of the best books this year.

Fast-paced and fun, this contemporary cozy features Claire, a medium, and her ghostly companion, Sophie, as the amateur sleuths.

I loved Claire and Sophie’s relationship and the way the author reveals their backstory. The banter between them is fantastic.

Great fall vibes with an isolated manor house complete with ruins, a cemetery, and a hidden room, ghosts, and a seance.

The mysteries are intriguing - it’s a great twist to know that a murder’s been committed but to not know who it is or even have a body. Lots of suspects with lots of secrets and potential motives. Lots of twists that kept me guessing until the end.

This was an amazing first book! It has a very clue like feel, if you sprinkle in some ghosts. There was some absolutely hilarious moments and I ate this story up. It was faced paced and perfect to get lost in.
I just reviewed Grave Expectations by Alice Bell. #GraveExpectations #NetGalley
