As a yoga instructor who wants to specialize in prenatal and postpartum yoga I found this book to be a great tool. The flows are detailed and I believe they would be easy to follow for those that are not as well versed in yoga. I loved how this book covers all aspects of pregnancy. It answers common questions pregnant and post partum women have. It’s a great tool for those trying to move their body in such a beautiful time of life! I can’t wait to go through this book again when I am next pregnant!

Whether you are planning to get pregnant, are pregnant or postpartum, this is a great book to help stretch your body in all stages. Wonderfully worded and illustrated instructions.

This is a great book for prenatal and postpartum yoga. It shows each of the poses clearly, and explains why they are useful during that stage of the mama's life, whether it is for courage, boosting your mood, stress relief, etc. I could have definitely benefited from this during pregnancy and am already practicing some of the postpartum poses!

Highly recommend to anyone interested in yoga and motherhood, and wanting to take on the journey. The author really showed inclusiveness in this book. the poses are perfect and explained well with pictures to aid the mother. The author backed her knowledge which is very important and sometimes is lacking in a lot of yoga books coming out lately.
