Typical holiday romance. If you love those then you’ll love this. Worth the read. It was cute and the story was fun to read. Perfect for the holidays.

I loved this book! It was everything I was expecting and hoping for in a winter romance. It’s the perfect hallmark movie vibe to read in a couch with a blanket and cup of tea next to the fire. This one should be required winter romance reading, as it’s so cute!

Out of all of her books this may have been my least favorite. Not my favorite thing, but it definitely wasn’t written for me

Catherine Walsh is the best. I just gobble up her books whenever a new one comes out. Snowed In is no exception.

Megan and Christian are a great duo and I loved the forced proximity but no really because they were both already interested in each other.

Give this one a read for Christmas or any time of year!

Thanks to NetGalley, Bookouture, and Catherine Walsh for the e-ARC of this book. This review is my own opinion.

Not enough here. Not enough heat, not enough banter, just didn’t love it. It also wasn’t what it was advertised. I thought it would be forced proximity and it didn’t deliver

I know I am very late for this one, but, honestly? It slaps.
I absolutely adore this author. She can write a fluffy, cute romance but make it also spicy and incredibly hilarious.
There is just two words to describe it: christmas miracle.
Go good.

Actual rating: 4.25 — I really loved this book! The plot developed really well and I loved the tropes that occurred throughout it! It was a little slow in the beginning and I wasn’t sure quite what to expect/where it was going but that is literally my only complaint. I loved the MFC and MMC so much. They were amazing on their own but I loved how they were together and how they got along. The whole idea of fake dating for Christmas with their families was done so well and I enjoyed getting to know both sides. I appreciated that even though both characters had some slight issues with their family, it wasn’t anything huge or over dramatic. I love how reassuring Christian was towards Megan when she was stressed about being home and seeing people. They had such great chemistry and a well put together dynamic which made their relationship believable. I actually felt their connection and was pulling for them. Not only was this a great romance novel, but it is a great Christmas romance novel (which I think that can be much harder to achieve). The excerpt at the end of book 1 in the series also had me hooked and I will be reading that in the near future!

I received a digital copy from NetGalley & the author of this novel in exchange for an honest review. Thank you to Catherine Walsh for this novel!

Catherine Walsh is my go-to romance author. This book just proved why!! I adore the way Walsh writes her characters and the romance feels so natural and real

Once again Catherine Walsh has written a fabulous cosy Christmas romance. Although you don’t need to have read Holiday Romance first to enjoy this one it does involve some of the same characters. I thought this was such a cute story, great characters, adored the setting and it made me chuckle out loud more than once. I really recommend this author’s books!

Catherine Walsh is so good at holiday romances.! You don’t need to read Holiday Romance first to read this book but they are slightly related. This small town, fake dating holiday romance shouldn’t be missed if you love a good Christmas book.

I loved this! It contains my favourite trope, fake dating so that almost always makes a book enjoyable to me. The two main characters were great together and it really felt like their connection was real, especially because the book is dual POV. In general a perfect book for christmas, which I would definitely recommend.

This was such a fun, greatly-paced book with loveable characters! Perfect for the Christmas season and I can't wait to read more from this author.

Thank you to Netgalley and Bookouture for this eARC in exchange for an honest review.

A really enjoyable lighthearted Christmas read with some family drama. Megan and Christian have great chemistry and some funny moments together. This book is dual POV with a runaway bride and a fake dating plot. The first half of the book is much better than the second half as it sort of started to lose itself a bit. All in all though I enjoyed this book more than the first (Holiday Romance) and am a sucker for the fake dating plot.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the eARC.

I loved getting to spend more time with the Fitzpatricks!

We open with Megan, who is leaving her childhood boyfriend and the local golden boy at the alter. Turns out he's not the sweetheart everyone believes him to be, but Megan keeps that to herself and bolts. Fast-forward to present day and Megan is dreading going home for the holidays. Since she broke Isaac's heart, she's been flagged as the village pariah, but she's also dreading a run-in with her ex, especially considering she's single (again) and he's recently become engaged.

Christian Fitzpatrick is fed up of going alone every Christmas, especially since his brother is so loved up and happy (if you haven't, read The Holiday Romance, the first in this series). While he doesn't mind being single all that much, he knows his family would like to see him find love.

When Megan and Christian bump into each other in a Dublin pub, they come up with a pact to see them through the holiday season. They agree to fake date to appease their families and get them through the worst of the drama, and we all know how that goes.

I loved this book. Catherine Walsh does witty banter and sexual tension so well, and her use of the fake-dating trope was perfect. I loved the characters and their backstories, which had just enough depth to make them believable and relatable. My only complaint is the title choice was a bit strange when it only refers to a relatively minor plotline in the whole book, but otherwise I thought this books was fun, engrossing, and electric. I can't wait to read more about this family.
