A good beginners book on growing your social media presence.

The book is set out in an easy to follow guide.

Small businesses ready to launch into the social media space will find this guide useful.

Some good information but I would have liked to see more about different social media platforms and how algorithms work. I think the emphasis on having a cohesive message would be helpful to small businesses owners.

Some new information for me but in general I already knew most of these from previous books or webinars.

Wow, there is definitely so much to unpack in Organic Social Media by Jenny Li Fowler. I am both awful at and intimidated by social media, but I thought this was a really great book-presenting the tools to set me up for success when I make social media a priority.

This book was pretty intuitive and full of great tips to increase the social media of professional brands and companies, big or small businesses. The author did an amazing job building a clear and simple narrative and proving the point of the book: That You have the tools to make your virtual interactions the best tool to success. Well done!

This book was insightful into organic social media and how to grow without being focused on money and ads. I will definitely be implementing some of the things I’ve learned.

There were some small editing and formatting errors, I would probably recommend the paperback rather than the ebook due to the format.

"Organic Social Media" by Jenny Li Fowler is a must read for anyone who's starting their career in digital communication.

The book lays out the basics of social media management (Strategy Vs. Tactics, content calendar, posting process, reporting and so on ...) with the right amount of information, thus giving readers the freedom to figure out by themselves what works for them.
I especially liked the chapters that provide practical knowledge on actual issues that occur on a regular basis ("As you build your audience, the trolls will come" and "The dangers of catering to an audience of one" are perfect examples of that).

I greatly appreciated the fact that the author addressed crucial topics like employee overload and mental health. Social media managers are indeed under tremendous amounts of stress and unwarranted pressure on a daily pressure.

This truly is an excellent book that I recommend to young professionals as well as more experienced people with teams to train.

Thank you NetGalley and Kogan Page Ltd for giving me access to this e-ARC for review consideration.
