Loved this book! Uncle Tim could do know wrong in the practical way he delivers Kingdom principles to not only get ourselves to the Basement but to help others along the way. I read it loved it and will recommend it to everyone I come into close proximity to because I have one goal and that’s to Upset someone else’s Piece because I have been Upset!!! #Dweller4Life #Bside #WelcometotheBasement

Welcome to the Basement is exactly what the church needs. It speaks to the current culture of Celebrity Christianity. Tim Ross provides practical Biblical wisdom to live as a servant. He debunks the myth that in order to be a successful member of God’s kingdom one must have a national platform or ministry.

Humility and the combination of a healthy relationship and religion are the foundations of being a good ambassador in God’s kingdom. This book creates a space where you can evaluate your feelings and motivations behind how and why you serve.

Welcome to the basement is discipleship simplified. This book has wonderful gems that will help any believer on their walk with Christ and any unbeliever understand the true essence of what Christ intended for his church to be like.

If you listen the Tims podcast you’re already familiar with the basement! But this book expands and takes a deeper dive into the mindset of it! I love that while reading this book it’s still his voice and this is truly a mind and heart shifting book!

I love the mindset of this book!
Living in a way that we see the world as a mission field. Living in a way that we would dare to be courageous enough to get vulnerable with those in our sphere.
The boldness of the author, Tim Ross, has emboldened a whole new generation to live the same.
Highly recommend this book!!!

Tim Ross has created an eye opening, heart filling gem that serves as both nourishment and a balm.

As I read this book so many things in scripture were simplified. I found myself and past experiences in some of the examples he shared. I loved this book and will gladly read more from this author and follow his podcast. I highly recommend this book.

I had the privilege to read an advance copy of Welcome to the Basement courtesy of Nelson Books and NetGalley.
