I found this book simply great! It helps you to understand what true leadership is at different stages of your company from a startup to scale up stages. The idea is pretty simply yet important is to understand you can be a great leader, a team player of you understand yourself and your skills well, can build , maintain and grow a great company culture , leading through easy and challenging times. A leader has a strong focus on team and great talent. There are reflections through questions at the end of each chapter to help reader in exploring own side of leadership journey.

I get tired of business books that feed readers a lot of old platitudes and try to pass them off as new knowledge. This book is the opposite. Read this one and learn.
