As soon as I saw this book I was drawn to it and I was not disappointed one bit. It's a lovely book to keep on your bedside table. The book is made up of daily meditation quotes, ideal to build into your evening self care routine. I enjoyed the preview copy that I was lucky enough to read via netgalley that I have pre-ordered a hard copy. The meditations are beautifully written and presented.
