This is the best Christian fiction book written this decade! When Coleen Coble wrote that this book was the best suspense novel she had read for centuries, I paid attention. I even wondered if this was an exaggeration. Yet, the story and message were outstanding. Of course it is, with the author being Terri Blackstock.
Casey was introduced in the first of the series in "If I Run." The bad guys are after her. But the bad guys are supposed to be the good guys! Casey makes smart and clever evasions. Even someone trying to find her is impressed: Dylan suffers from combat PTSD but searching for her gives his life meaning. What speaks to me the most about this book is reading about an innocent, desperate character, accused of several murders, framed by the police. What is so unusual about Casey is that she crosses paths with desperate people and actually stops to help them, at great risk to herself. Will she stop a murderer who is trying to grab his tiny daughter to sell her for drugs? Will she stop a falsely accused man from jumping from a bridge? Did she really kill her dear friend? She wonders if God will help her, and she gets helped, several times. I loved this inspiring book and cannot wait to read the next book by this author!

I had a hard time staying involved in this story. I loved the first book, and was looking forward to this one, but it felt like there was a lot added just to reach a page number goal.

Blackstock writes suspense books that grab the reader from the first page, and hang on until the very end. This book, part of a trilogy, kept me racing to turn every page until the final chapter. Her books have never disappointed readers to offer pure escape from whatever reality is. Within the suspense plot, Blackstock weaves a little romance, a little healing, and a lot of heart.

Fast paced, fi!led with non-stop action! It was a solid read. Liked the pacing but I didn't love it. Still, lovers of the genre will love it.

I really enjoyed this book. Though you must read If I Run first. How Terri Blackstock makes each book its own while continuing the story is really great. Can't wait to finish up the series!

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for allowing me to read and review this book.

I received a complimentary copy from NetGalley and Zondervan. All thoughts and opinions are mine.

Terri Blackstock is a masterful Christian suspense writer, and she has turned in another thriller with Casey and Dylan's story. This raises so many questions, and takes so many twists and turns before it wraps up. Highly recommend.

Loved this book. Could not put it down once I started reading it and ended up reading it straight through to the end, who needs sleep anyway?

I liked the suspense / mystery in the 1st book of the series, but I felt like this one just ran in circles and nothing was really wrapped up from the 1st book. So, I lost interest in the story and probably won't read more.

Casey Cox remains on the run accused of a murder she didn’t commit. Dylan Roberts still hot on her trail claims to know the truth and wants to help her. But trusting the wrong person could cost Casey her life.

While investigating the real murderers, she comes across something that leads her to a suicidal man and the child he is falsely accused of abusing. Unable to turn her back on the injustice, Casey puts everything on the line to help the man and protect the girl from her true abusers.

Terri Blackstock’s If I’m Found reunites readers with Casey as she struggles to clear her name. I loved the first book, If I Run. Sadly, the second installment in the series didn’t offer anything new. It felt like a repeat, simply with new secondary characters.

In book one, Casey goes on the run, encounters someone in trouble, and risks her life to save her. In book two, we find Casey still on the run, again she encounters people in trouble, and once more she puts everything on the line to help them. Though I know it’s fiction, it felt a bit too implausible. What are the chances that these injustices keep landing in her lap?

The suspense and pace were good. The author brought the setting to life in a that way allowed me to experience the characters’ world for myself. I enjoyed watching Dylan and Casey start joining forces more. All of this made for an entertaining read. I just would have liked a little something more, especially considering the stellar first book.

Newcomers, keep in mind that while the minor threads/mysteries come to a conclusion with each installment, the main story arches throughout the three books in the series.

If I'm Found was a great sequel to If I Run. I absolutely loved the first book and was eager to pick up this book to see what would happen next. I finally got around to it and it was a good read. I feel like it moved a bit more slowly than the first book, but that wasn't a bad thing.

I liked how there was so much danger and suspense in the story. It seemed like she was never truly safe and needed to keep moving, which definitely brought some drama.

I loved both of the main characters and I cannot wait to read the final book to see how it all ends. I recommend this series (so far) to fans of suspense.

Wow.. riveting is the right word for this book! Fast paced, page turner and maybe even hold my breath reading.. This gal knows what she is doing and I liked that she had some breaks as she was in hiding. Loved it!
I requested a copy on NetGalley and my opinion and review is voluntary.

4.5 Stars!
I absolutely loved the first installment in this series when it released last year, and I have been eagerly anticipating this second book!
I will admit that it did take me a while to get into this book, as it kind of felt like it was moving a tad slowly, but once I hit the halfway mark the pace just took off and I hated to set it down from that point on! This was such a great sequel, I never knew what would happen next. I loved the development of the characters, as well as the advancement of the storyline from the first book. I always love it when I learn things from books and I was thrilled to learn several new things about prayer, as well as intentional gratitude from this book, those parts of the book really touched my heart and I know for a fact that I will most definitely be turning to those sections on the days when I need a burst of perspective and inspiration!
While I think the first book in the series is probably my favorite so far, this one is so good too, I became totally emotionally invested and hated to see it end! And yes, in case you were wondering, it does end on a cliffhanger much like the first book, which made me all the more eager to read the third book, but if you don't like cliffhangers you may want to wait until the third book releases next year so that you can read them back to back!
Overall, this is a wonderful second book in the If I Run series, which I highly recommend, it is a must read for fans of Christian suspense. I would definitely suggest reading this series in order.
I can't wait for the release of the next book!

A girl on the run. Only...not as alone as she has thought to be. Because maybe someone sees what she is made of.

Casey Cox runs again. The last time the police has almost got her, but Dylan Roberts, PI hired by the parents of her murdered friend Brent, allowed her to go. Armed with another new identity, Casey tries to pause a bit and live under cover. But kind as she is, she can not help herself to intervene in another persons' lives to help them.
Dylan Roberts has had his doubts about Casey being guilty even before meeging her in person-but finding her risking her all-her cover, her life-to help a captured girl and her baby-made the sure case even more sure. Casey is innocent and the true criminals, the real wolves in the sheep skin, must be stopped. But there is not enough proof to do that...yet.

Another great novel in the wonderful series! This is The Fugitive the Christian edition, and very well worth of your time. There is a bit more Christianity involved, but even a non-believer can read this book without the feeling of being preached to. Ms Blackstock is a very skilled writer and also a person who knows what pain is (my conclusion after reading this series), so the characters are believable and relatable.
Casey is wonderful character. Naturally kind, she runs there where the angels would be afraid to go to save unknown people od the pain. She is of sterling character, but very reachable, not yet another boring perfect person. May I get one Casey in my life, pretty please?
Dylan, too. Fingers crossed!

The book touches some dark topics like the child abuse, but this is done tastely and respectfully, yet in truth.

Very, very good read.

Another page turner by Mrs. Blackstock. This one starts a little slower than the previous book, but once the action gets really started, it doesn't stop.
The story is believable, the main characters are not perfect so they are completely relatable, and the Christian elements are in a perfect dosage: not too much to be preachy, and not too less to be dismissable.
Indeed a very good read for anyone who wants a good and clean action book. But make sure you read the first book in the series before you read this one, or the story won't make sense.

Absolutely amazing can't wait to read the 3rd book, Terri Blackstock certainly knows how to write stories! This one had me flipping the pages so fast. I was hooked on both Casey and Dylan's pov and everything we learnt from them. I feel so bad for Casey and everything she has to go through. I was also shipping Casey and Dylan so much and then they finally kissed and I was like yeah! And then she had to leave D: The next book is going to be amazing, I can't wait to read it! I'm kicking myself this one took so long to read!

If I'm Found
by Terri Blackstock
This is such a great story, the second in the series. I love the writing, The smart and savvy Casey as she helps others and tries not to get caught. A great read and a good mystery.

Zondervan and NetGalley provided me with an electronic copy of If I'm Found. I was under no obligation to review this book and my opinion is freely given.

Casey Cox is still a fugitive evading capture for her alleged role in a murder, but she now has private detective Dylan Roberts on her side. With crooked police detectives Gordon Keegan and Sy Rollins hot on her tail, will Casey be able to collect enough evidence against them in time to save herself. When Casey gets involved helping someone who is being persecuted, will she sacrifice herself for the good of others?

Having read If I Run previously, I was aware that If I'm Found could be classified as Christian suspense fiction. As the religious aspects of the story in book one were more on the periphery, I expected the plot here to be driven in much of the same way. The author diverted to religion much more in If I'm Found, using it to explain certain parts of the plot instead of writing more plausible reasons. The plot suffered as a result, leaving it less realistic than it could have been. Knowing how dangerous it was to be in public, it did not make any sense how many chances Casey took. That being said, I did like how the characters used the power of the media to their advantage, as our tech driven society often does. Readers who like Christian suspense fiction will like If I'm Found, but I would recommend those who are new to the series to read If I Run first.

Terri Blackstock's If I Run series is incredible!!  She left us all hanging at the end of book #1 and I could not wait for book #2 "If I'm Found" to be released.  Now that it is and I have finished it, now I am eager for book #3 to be here and I have to wait another year!
Casey is on the run trying to clear her name and find the truth.  Dylan let her escape, but can she really trust him?  And why is he trying to help her?  Casey must stay a step ahead of her pursuer, but she can't see others being hurt without helping even if it puts her life in even more danger.  Terri takes the reader on Casey's journey and does not give us a moment's break as this book is constant action, twists and turns and questions.  This book is such a thrilling read, and I could not stop reading once I started.  I highly recommend this series and I am still so full of questions and wondering where Casey will be and where she will end up in book #3.
