I love being able to read sneak peeks and snippets of upcoming novels. It helps get you excited for what's to come and determine which books you want to purchase.

A great selection of books as always! This catalog always helps me keep track of what is published, or being published, and what I would like to request for review. Thank you!

I genuinely look forward to Buzz Books every month and season, because it's a research tool that I use to discover new titles that are going to be published. I have already addressed the diversity issue with the featuring, but after some thinking I realized that this "buzz books" most likely gets sponsored for places, and the publisher put lots of money and marketing push behind that. Here are some titles that I am very interested in:

Flame in the Mist by Renee Ahdieh- Her debut duology absolutely dazzled in my opinion, and so I was ecstatic to see her coming out with a new series.

Future Threat by Elizabeth Briggs- A science fiction time travel with a girl with a bunch of tattoos on the cover, I'm all in! Reading the first excerpt really intriguing premise with this tech company and how this event effected for the survivors.

Dividing Eden by Joelle Charbonneau- On the blurb it says that this is for fans of Sarah J Maas, and I'm most definitively a big fan of all of her books. Also the cover is extremely striking and attracted my attention.

Spirit Quest by by Jennifer Frick-Ruppert- I wanted to read more books that feature Native Americans as the protagonists, and this seemed like a perfect place to start. There is an Algonquin boy who is heir to the chief but he must learn lots of skills before he is ready to become one. Sounds like the classic coming-of-age novel.

Obviously these editions were like a buffet, a pick and choose. So no, not all of them interested me, there were some average tropey-cliche types of synopsis' that I just don't care about at this point of my reading life. But overall, a good place to start when looking for "most anticipated lists".

**Thanks to Publisher's Lunch and NetGalley for providing me with a copy in exchange for my honest review.**

Love this book of excerpts, this always gives me great books to look out for in the upcoming months. A small excerpt from a selection of books gives you an idea if you are going to enjoy the book and the writing style. If you haven't read one of these yet...you need to.

Wow! This is really a great selection of books. While reading this, I preordered two of the books and added many more to my To Be Read list. I think this is one of the best Buzz Books to date.

So many of these books look so interesting! I can't wait until they come out so I can read all of them.

Especially excited for:
Flame in the Mist
Roar
This is Really Happening
The End of Our Story
Aftercare Instructions (this in particular sounds incredible and I need it much earlier than June)

I'll definitely be looking out for Buzz Books in the future- I really enjoyed getting to know these soon-to-be releases :)

I always waiting the Buzz Book because I can get an idea about a lot of book that I'm waiting. I have to say I only read the fantasy book because it is my jam.
And I cannot wait to have a lot of this book in my hand.

I've only just discovered these YA book previews, and I love them! The blurb and excerpts are a great way for me to explore new books, plus they usually give me enough information to booktalk the book with my students, even if I haven't read the entire book. Thank you so much for putting these together!

If you're like me, and know that one of your favourite authors is releasing another book soon but you can never remember when OR you want a browse of some of the most anticipated YA novels about to hit the shelves? This book is a GODSEND.

Here's the best bit: at the end of each section (composed of a blurb/summary and then an extract from the novel), there is a link to where you can request the novel on NetGalley - no fuss.

Suuuuuuper helpful, thank you NetGalley & the Publisher (Publishers Lunch)
