This is an honest and raw book.

The author holds nothing back and I liked that she shared her successes as well as the things that fell through for her.

I could relate to a lot of her struggles - how deep the hollow can feel and how one must crawl their way out of it.

I've so many things to say about this book. First of all, I'd like to thank the author on her bravery at writing this memoir. It really made me have of an open-mind on eating disorders and what is happening around the world. 5 Stars and I will most definitely recommend this stunning book to my friends :)

I didn't enjoy this book in the least and found I just couldn't relate at all to this book.
