A western romance with a fun premise.

Slow to start it took a while to get into, I wanted to like it but it was just hard to stay engaged throughout. It is meant to be a fun read, but I just didn't buy the romance. I just never felt like they had to be together by the end.

The is the second book in the series. Lacey doesn't want to be attracted to Chase. He is a rugged tracker/hunger/wilderness guide and not very sociable. He can be downright rude. Try as she might, she can't help the growing attraction she feels for him. A predictable story but enjoyable read.
