Western romance in Golden, Colorado Territory 1868

Julia Gast flees Pennsylvania and an unwelcome fiancé and heads west to the ranch her late uncle left to her. The only problem is that when she arrives she's not the only one who has a deed for the ranch.

This was a Western romance, with Julia raising horses for extra money. What makes her different than many other romance heroines is that she's also an accomplished potter. Oh, and she has a glorious head of bright red hair.

This was a fun, quick read with Julia dealing with neighboring bachelor cowboys, Indians, rustlers, and her growing love for the beautiful land she's living on and a certain cowboy.

I recommend this to anyone that enjoys Westerns or Western romances.

Oh, and of his book was originally published in 2010. This is the second digital version.

I received this book from Backlit PR through Net Galley in exchange for my unbiased review.
