I have been looking forward to this story and goodness me, was it worth it? Definitely. An exceptional read!

Brody is the lead guitarist of the rock group, Bad Habits. He has the aura of a bad boy and the surfer look. He is single but has already set his sights on someone who does her best to avoid him.

Grace is a marriage and family therapist who avoids long term relationships at all costs. She is content with her casual affairs but is extremely loyal to her two besties, Kat and Chloe.

For eighteen months Brody has been making eyes at Grace to no avail. She avoids him for what she believes are good reasons but he is nothing if not persistent. It would appear that fate is determined to put them in each other's path. The incident which takes place at Grace's condo whilst she is at a party leaves her with little choices for the immediate future. From here on out it's a very emotional ride.

Their banter is hilarious most of the time but when it turns serious, it brings out all kinds of emotions. Their sexual interactions are steamy and their feelings are very tangible. Grace imparts some details of her parts to Brody but he finds it difficult to discuss the reasons why he carries this guilt on his shoulders.

When Brody's secret eventually catches up with him, it triggers life changing events for both of them. Will this revelation be the end of a beautiful thing or will fate prevail?

I absolutely love this story even though it drove me to tears at times. I couldn't help but feel everything that they were going through. Phew! It was exhausting but so worth it. It's also good to see how AJ, Nico, Kat and Chloe have evolved. It's like being part of this small family. As usual, Kenji always brings a smile to my face. Magda is a great character too. The whole thing is fabulously portrayed.

I am so glad that the author changed her mind about the "cliffhanger". That would have been devastating. Thank you for taking us right to the end. You can tell that I really enjoyed going on this journey.

I received a complimentary eARC in exchange for an honest review.

I have been looking forward to this release for so long! The previous book in this Bad Habit Series, Make Me Sin, was a top 2016 read for me and told A.J. and Chloe’s heartbreakingly beautiful story. I have been dying to know if they would get their well-deserved happily ever after, and my curiosity was also peaked at what in the world could be going on between Chloe’s 'tough as nails' bestie, Grace Stanton, and the sexy and mysterious Bad Habit guitarist, Brody Scott. Thank goodness, the wait is finally over! In Sin with Me, Geissinger has once again gifted an incredibly suspenseful and sweet romance topped off with her down to earth wit and style, characters to adore, and some of her steamiest writing yet!

In her youth, Grace Stanton lost her family and her memory as well. Now a successful psychologist, she is strong and independent. Her future holds no place for any man – no feelings and no strings attached relationships only. However, Grace can’t help it that she can’t quit thinking about Bad Habit’s super sexy guitarist, Brody Scott, and she certainly can’t deny the sizzling chemistry they share when they are around each other.

Brody is fighting demons from his past and knows he doesn’t deserve Grace, but he is so smitten with the gorgeous redhead! He’s been watching her from afar for almost two years, as his Bad Habit bandmates Nico and A.J. have found love and happiness with her best friends Kat and Chloe. Now unable to hold back his feelings for Grace anymore, Brody is more determined than ever to get her to give him a chance. Will he be able to break through her armor and get her to open up to him, and is it possible for him to overcome the nightmares from his own past and have a future with the woman of his dreams?

Geissinger did a fantastic job in creating Grace and Brody’s complex characters! I absolutely adored Brody – there were just so many things to love about him. He was so fun, charming, and incredibly romantic. Brody completely worshipped the ground that Grace walked on and was so selfless and giving to her – always putting her first. While outwardly he seemed so easy going, he also had a mysterious inner turmoil as well. His desperation for Grace's love at times seemed almost out of character for him, and it left me really anxious in my hope for him to be the wonderful man that I presumed him to be! I definitely understood where Grace was coming from regarding relationships and dealing with her past. I also really enjoyed seeing more depth to her sarcastic and feisty character as she evolved throughout the story. Underneath her hardened shell was a sweet and caring woman who was afraid to have hope in relationships and finding love.

From super heroes to super powers, Grace and Brody were so flirty and fun together! I really enjoyed their connection and how they were even downright silly at times with each other. The dual point of view really helped to understand the amount of depth and heart they each had and allowed me to understand their insecurities better. Perhaps I am a glutton for punishment, but I did feel that Grace crumbled a little too quickly with her feelings for Brody. However, he was pretty darn irresistible, and their passion for each other was incredibly intense. I am talking super steamy passion here… so insanely hot their burn was almost tangible!

With Geissinger's perfectly well-written balance of wit, humor, intrigue, and sexy romance, this was an utterly suspenseful read with a fast and consuming pace! I went into this filled with anticipation and anxiety, already familiar with the many ways this author can affect my emotions with her sometimes-gut-wrenching twists and turns in her plots. Although this certainly had some, I'll admit that I was actually a little relieved that she didn’t put me through the ringer quite as much with this one. Of course, after reading the acknowledgements, I feel the need to thank Geissinger’s developmental editor for her suggestion to not leave her readers with her initial ‘funny’ ending. I’m not sure that I would have been able to deal if she had not changed it!

This series has been like an addiction to me! I simply adore the fun-loving yet mysterious Bad Habit bandmates and their friends who have captured me with their charm and won my heart. Whether their paths are sunshine and roses or not, the white knuckled ride of romantic suspense in each story is like a rush of adrenaline that leaves me falling in love and yearning for more every time. This is a series I highly recommend checking out!

Sin with Me continues my fascination with the band Bad Habit, this time following the story of Brody and Grace. As I know from having diligently read the first two books in this series, these bad boy rockers are very bad, but have an inner nugget of goodness that ends up shining through. Sin With Me is not as dark as the previous novel, but Brody and Grace BOTH carry an inner demon. I think this is a is a first for this series. Grace’s demon comes from her lack of memory. She was in a horrible car accident in her teens, where both her parents died and she doesn’t remember them. She lives life like every day could be her last because she was told that she could lose her memory again at any moment. With that possibility on her agenda she does not emotionally let anyone in, but she does give give them a notch on her bedpost. Brody is a little more of a mystery. We are only given hints of Brody’s inner agonies, but there is definitely a devil inside him that he’s trying to ignore and we know it has similarities to Grace’s past.

I feel like we know these two pretty well. They’ve been making googly eyes at each other for two years, and things have always been a little tense between them, so it’s not really a surprise when his novel starts off pretty quickly – in bed. In fact, isn’t there a drinking game with -in bed tacked on to the end? Oh, that’s a fortune cookie game. Well, anyway, if I had to take a drink every time they got down to business I’d need to read this book over time or I’d be wasted! However, in between all the sex was a solid storyline. It was nice to see Grace lighten up a little, and to get to know Brody a bit better. As a side note, I really enjoyed his relationship with his housekeeper Magda, it added a little comic relief and gave his background more depth.

J. T. Geissinger writes a gritty love story and I’ve really enjoyed this series. Dare I hope that there will be another one?

Grace is a great multi-layered character. I loved the back and forth between the two. I loved that they made fun of each other, it was a natural and funny build up to their relationship. Loved the whole series. Great dialogue.

I loved this one! The storyline is unique and fresh and it grabbed my attention from the very first page. Brody and Grace were so great together and I couldn't help but pull for Brody on his quest to break through all of Grace's walls and get her to give him a chance. The story has a twist that had me biting my nails. While you knew something was coming exactly how it would weave through the story was what kept me flipping the pages! This is an excellent read and one I recommend to everyone.

I rarely rate new to me authors a five star. Especially when I jump into the third book in the series blind. While I definitely think Sin with me can be read as a stand alone I think reading the series in order may help a little. Wow wow wow, I loved this story! I sometimes have little issues here and there with different elements of a story but this book hits every base! Wonderful side characters, humor, steam, and a very unpredictable twist at the end that I couldn't see until it hit me upside the head. Oh, and did I mention incredibly hot bedroom scenes??

Brody is in a famous band and meets Grace through mutual friends. It takes them a bit of time to develop feelings but once they do there are fireworks. A definite twist from other books was how resistant Grace was in the beginning. She was enjoying her casual dating lifestyle where men were disposable to her which is usually the men's role in most books. Brody had his work cut out for him and some deep dark secrets that were looming didn't help.
I am excited to go back and read the other couples before Grace and Brody because throughout Sin with Me the previous characters stories develop further. She also has another series called the wicked series which I am really looking forward too because they sound just as great as the Sin series. A definite 5-star book, where I was sad when it finished and immediately wanted more.

I have been a huge fan of J.T. Geissinger ever since I read the first Bad Habit book and fell in love with not only the hot members of the rock band, but also the sassy and wonderful women who stole their hearts. First Kat and Nico then Chloe and A.J and now Grace and Brody. Though any fan of the series would have seen this connection a mile away it has not been an easy journey and this book proves that sometimes, the best things in life take time and a lot of determination on the part of one very sexy rock star ;)

Grace has always been the sensible one in the group of best friends consisting of Kat, Chloe and herself. She was always the voice of reason. More often then not, the voice of skepticism - as far as love and relationships were concerned. For her relationships have an expiration date of one month. And that one month is spent mostly between the sheets with not too much emotional connection. Grace lost her identity, her family and 18 years of her life in a car accident. She still has nightmares about the incident and like all survivors feels a certain amount of guilt as to why she was spared. That's why she lives life recklessly and to the fullest. She is also aware of the mutual attraction that she shares with Brody. But she knows that she wants nothing permanent and serious and with them being part of a group of friends she just doesn't want to risk it. No matter how tempting and mouth watering the sexy lead guitarist is.

Brody Scott also has a secret. A secret that also gives him nightmares and that he is unable to shake off or forget. But he had no idea how tied his secret was to Grace's accident until her friends mention it. Now he has no idea what to do. He has never been so drawn to a woman as he is to the red haired beauty. She is more than just sexy. She is smart, sassy and goes after what she wants. If only he can get her to give him a chance. But he wants more from her than just a lust filled month. He is after the real deal.

Another great great book by J.T. Geissinger. I just love this series. This may seem like just a rockstar romance, but this series is filled with stories that you won't be able to forget. They may be sometimes dark and deep, but there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. And trust me, there are a lot of very steamy and imaginative love scenes on the way to the end of that tunnel. I truly have no idea who the next book of the series will be about. I was thinking that it could be about Barney, seeing as that Ethan and Chris barely played any part in this book. But now I'm not so sure. And I do get a menage vibe from Ethan and Chris. So I guess I'll just have to patiently wait and see...

Sin With Me is Grace and Brody's story in Book 3 of the Bad Habit series. This book is all about secrets and forgiveness for past mistakes. It has all the feels. There is humor, mystery and lots of white hot passion. I really enjoyed this book. I haven't read the first two books in the series and I was able to follow along just fine. Having read the other two books would have added all the little extras you get from reading in order but it was great none the less. I will be reading the other ones because I loved the story and need to know about the other characters back stories.

"Sin with me" surprised me.

It was different from the previous two instalments, with less angst and more hilarious banter and sweet dialogues. This is one of the reasons why it's become my favorite by Geissinger.

I simply adored this book, especially because I'd been excited but wary before starting it. Why? Because in "Make me Sin" we're left gasping and gaping, shocked by a hinter revelation which will continue to linger even in "Sin With Me" like a black cloud. Thus, I expected this one to be a darker read. To be sadder. For guilt to swamp everything else.

Instead...

Instead.

Instead Brody turned out to be such a good-natured, laid-back, hilarious character. He's less possessive alpha and more goofball. I don't mean to say he's not hot or alpha in general, but it wasn't a characteristic trait as it was with Nico. Or the way AJ was a broody bastard (AJ in Sin with Me is soooo precious. Seeing him interact with his baby girl was just... *swoons*).

Anyway, Brody doesn't take himself too seriously and I loved his jokes and the genuine way he had of being with Grace. He's the main pursuer in the relationship, but even when she initially rejects him, there's not much angst, because it seemed more like a game of cat and mouse. Playful.

Grace is another character I loved. She's a self-made woman robbed of her memory by an accident which killed her parents. We also learn that thanks to the accident she may forget everything again without a real cause in the future, which causes her to shy away from relationships and instead satiate her carnal needs (that girl sure loved the D) with an endless stream of one-month-stands.
Grace is the epitome of an empowered woman. She's confident in her looks, she's sarcastic, often caustic, doesn't put up with anyone's shit and will always tell you what she thinks whether or not it's what you want to hear it.

The usual stereotypical roles here were kind of reversed, with Grace being so openly sexual and the first to actually seek physical contact with Brody once they're close. He's trying to be a gentleman because of something which happened in her life. About this, I want to add that, if in the previous books there were lots of twists and turns, of push and pull between the characters, here the ride was smoother, and the greatest part of the book was dedicated to the couple being together, mostly happy.

I loved how their relationship grew steadily and without much angst, which was reserved for the last section of the book. It was kind of predictable what would happen, but it was still an entertaining journey, especially since what I'd given for granted at the end of "Make Me Sin" wasn't exactly what had happened. All in all, it made Brody's character more redeemable, if not un-condamnable at all in the first place.

On a side note, the heat level was off the charts. "Sin With Me" is hands down the hottest book of the year so far. Brody goes from laid-back surfer to sex-god when in the bedroom and Grace's personality sure made for some steamy shenanigans.

The author also didn't forget our other beloved couples. Both of them are going through some stuff, which also caused more angst and grief than everything the main couple was going through, at least in the first part of the book. Anyway, it was perfect. I love reading about past characters, catching up with what's happening in their HEA. Nico, Kat, Chloe, AJ, Kenji, Barney.

Barney is consistently more present in this book and we learn a lot about him. He goes from being a non-descript side-character to someone I'd really enjoy reading about.

I hope we'll get his story, too.

In conclusion, this book hooked me from the very start. I would recommend you read the previous ones before tackling this one, and not because you may not understand some of the dynamics or subplots, but because they're just amazing.

Lastly, this book contained also less rock n' roll, mentioned in passing and showed at a BBQ at the beginning, but it wasn't a key part of the story. Anyway, I didn't really feel like it was missing. This book was hot, hot, hot with a large heaping of sweet hilariousness and a great cast of characters I can't get enough of.

Sin With Me is the much anticipated third book in the Bad Habit series. I absolutely FLOVED books 1 and 2 and could not wait for the third.  Kat and Brody were familiar characters from the previous books and I just needed their story after that curious ending in book two!

Brody and Kat's story was filled with my three favorite things: Heat, Humor and Heart. These two pulled at my heartstrings and I could not get enough. The banter was on point and fiery and THE STEAM. Holy God does this author deliver! Brody and Kat were on fire!! And can I just say Brody blewmy mind!! Lord. It's always the quiet ones, I swear LOL. But like in all J.T. Geissinger novels, secrets are the other woman. What happens when a deep dark secret comes out that creates a path of destruction that they may not be able to come back from?

Sin With Me takes place minutes after the second book ended. While this book is a standalone, Geissinger does a wonderful job linking each book and providing the necessary background for a reader who hasn't necessarily read the previous two books. (But why wouldn't you read them!? Nico and A.J.'s books were ABSOLUTELY amazing and will stay with me forever!) It is a testament to the author's amazing writing prowess that each story has stayed with me without having to be reread once. They hit a spot inside and never left after making such an impact. Furthermore, the author takes rockstar books to a new level in that these books go beyond the "rockstar life".  They are deeply honest depictions of characters that have flaws and secrets but who love just as hard and intensely.  I am absolutely in love with all three novels in this fantastic series and I am sad to see it end. 4.5 amazing stars! ~Ratula

I would like to thank NetGalley and the publisher for an advanced copy of this novel.

Make me sin is my favorite book from series. Like OMG great intense interesting plot. Both Grace and Brody soo amazing characters well developed and their humorous side like again amazing. I laugh I shed a tear but the book is really truly great. It is also great that we come to see what is happening with previous character. But this is really for me so great story line. Grace is breaking her walls and we come to see why she is the way she is and Brody is also great. He shows her weak side insecurity but also his attraction and chemistry between him and Grace of the hook. Like OMG the scenes are panty melting. Great book in every way you look at it.
Highly recommended!
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for Netgelly

First I want to say I loved the first two books in this series and there were parts of this book I loved also. The interaction between Grace and her friends was great. Grace's total obsession with sex just didn't do it for me. I'm not going to stop reading this author just because this wasn't my favorite book. I really want Barney to get a HEA!!

4 stars.
The only real regret that I have with this highly entertaining and sexy read is that I didn't read the first two books in this series prior to this one. Grace and Brody had amazing sexual chemistry, loved his nickname for her (Slick) and Grace's wit had me smiling while reading.
Really loved this book, I will be reading Bad Habits books 1&2 in the near future. I do recommend for other readers that you read in order though as revealing details of other couples stories are interwoven throughout this book.

This is part of a continuing series. I highly advise readers to have read the prior books. This book has many plot points and some may be difficult for some readers. The main thrust is the talent in the authors writing. This is a series you will gravitate to or maybe not.

Found another author to add to my "go to" list. Loved the dialog between characters. Always know a book is a winner when I laugh out loud in places and get butterflies in my stomach in others.

I loved this book I was hooked from the very first page and I couldnt put my kindle down while reading this. I loved the relationship in this and I loved the couple. This is the first book that I have read by this author and I will be reading more from this author in the future

Advanced Readers Copy Courtesy of Netgalley...:)

I must admit to not being a 100% sure of this one, as I did not particularly like Grace from the previous books. I dont like ball busting heroines who are commitment phobes and sleep around....so I went into this one with a bit of trepidation.

It took a while for me to come around to Grace, especially since she is still sleeping with her current fling. I dont know, call me a old fashioned romantic but once a hero and heroine lock eyes then I dont mind what drama comes after that, but I dont like them sleeping with other people in the mean time....that's just me!!!

I liked Brody alot and he was pretty much what kept me going in the beginning, till I warmed up to Grace. Then I kept turning the pages because I was 100% hooked and was well into it.

There is of course a huge secret that has to come out before these 2 can have their HEA, and oh boy is it a doozy!!!

I enjoy this author, love all the secondary characters and since their are still 2 more left in the band, I can wait to read their stories....or will it be story....mmmm

This was a good book and I really enjoyed Brody as well as Grace, though they both had their moments where you wanted to wring their necks...it wasn't very often though. After the last book I had an inkling that the accident that Grace was in had something to do with Brody's past and by about 30% through this book I knew I was right.

We had a few scares through this book where Kat, as well as A.J. are concerned but I'm not going to go further into that least I give away a few parts of the book. Kenji as always was his dramatic filled self which is how we love him always.
We didn't get to see anything really of the brothers and I'm intrigued to know more about them...I'm looking forward to reading the next book to see where it takes them.
