The heroine goes to the hero to ask him to be her Dom, but he is her sister's ex, and because of the circumstances surrounding their breakup, he says no. The hero ends up saving her from a bad experience and decides to become her Dom for a month, training her, to keep her safe, and to find her a Dom. They have a history and she has always had strong feelings for him, but he was in love with her sister. Both want and need this type of sexual relationship. One month, despite intentions, turns into forever. They have to work through her family, his issues and her feelings, in order to finally get their happy ending. They get their HEA. The sex scenes in this book were seriously hot. This book hooked me from the start and I couldn't put it down. My only issue was with Cassie, the sister. I couldn't stand her. This was a good read. I look forward to Bennett's story and seeing the kind of woman he finds. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book. |
Crave Me had me craving for every single written word. Stacey Lynn is amazingly talented in her storytelling capability. This book drew me in and held me there until the very end. |

Chloe is attracted to her older sister's ex; and she wants him to bring her into the BDSM lifestyle but Simon isn't ready to do that, especially after the way her sister treated him. When Chole and Simon decide to see what happens, Simon doesn't expect to feel the way he does about Chloe...but should he make this situation permanent? A steamy read that had me rooting for them! |

Luminous is a great series to read if you want to end up hot and bothered. My husband enjoys reaping the benefits of me reading them that's for sure. Crave me is Simon and Chloe's story. I actually snorted a little when Simon told Chloe that he would train her to be a sub and help her find the perfect Dom for her when 30 days were over. Yeah right, we all know how well that always goes. Although this time they did have Chloe's whole family against them before they even got started, so there definitely was a challenge issued there. Crave Me could be read as a stand alone. However this series is a connecting series so if you want to get to know the characters and what their stories are all about, then might want to read Dominate Me first. |
I am in love with the Luminous series but Simon and Chloe's story is my favorite so far. Simon is the true definition of a Dom. He is confident and strong. His sex appeal pours off of him. Chloe has had a crush on Simon since the first time she laid eyes on him. Now she wants him to train her to be the submissive she has always wanted to be. I loved this book. I loved the white hot chemistry between Simon and Chloe. I was hooked from the start. Simon made me want to drop to my knees and kneel. His confidence and dominant side was powerful and oh so sexy. I loved ever single word. The words will draw you in and hold on to your heart! This book was exquisitely written and I cannot wait to read the next book! Fantastic HEA! Fantastic storyline! 6 stars!!! |
This is the second book in this series and it was a pretty easy read. At first I was hesitant because of the premise (dating sister's ex) but I thought this was done well. There was plenty of heat and both characters were strong but I just didn't feel like I connected with them. Throughout the book I just kept feeling like I wanted more of theirs story and less of the sex. I just thought the author could have allowed the reader to get to know the characters outside of sex and the lifestyle. Maybe it is me and I've reached my saturation point with this romance genre. |
I am a huge Stacey Lynn fan. I am not a fan of sister's ex-boyfriend or BDSM. Two huge strikes against this book, so I DNF it. |
3-3.5 stars This was a pretty fun book. I waffled back and forth over whether or not to read it as the topic, "going after you sister's ex" could potentially be creepy. Glad I went ahead and read it as aside from an awkward moment here and there it wasn't really an issue. Her sister was a bit of a werido for what had gone down with the H years prior. Can you say major over reaction? Anyway, I enjoyed Chloe and Simon together. I do wish there had been more story and less sex. It seemed like it was 70% sex. I would have liked to have gotten to know the characters a little better. Unfortunately that seems how all the BDSM books I read seem to go these days. I think they are so concerned with pushing boundaries that something gets lost in there. Less porn more plot please. Anyway, the book was fairly enjoyable and I'd probably try the next one in the series. |

Returning to Club Luminous this book centers on Chloe and Simon. Chloe has had a thing for Simon since he dated her sister, a relationship that went very wrong. Simon is a Dom, when Chloe approaches him at a party to ask him to train her, he flat out turns her down, wanting nothing to do with her (so her tells himself) too many bad memories because of her sister. Six months later Simon is at the club, he hasn't been there for a while. Chloe has been on his mind. Meanwhile Chloe has joined Luminous in hopes of finding herself as a submissive and maybe even a Dom. Even though her heart is still stuck on Simon. When screams come from a room, they send Simon running, opening the door is a beaten Chloe. Dylan is close behind subduing the Dom she was playing with while Simon tends to Chloe. He decided that night to make Chloe a deal, he'll train her for a month, help her find a Dom and then he's done. Chloe agrees but it pains her heart as well. Chloe and Simon are a great match. She's intelligent, sassy and fun. Simon waffles between his Dom side and his kind, nurturing side. But he does love Chloe and he loves hard. Over half the book had D/s scenes in it, that were very mild. There wasn't anything offensive or dark. it is a story about two people finding level ground in a relationship. Chloe was constant. Simon waffled with her and had me clenching my teeth at times, but I liked him. These are two very likable people. This is a great read, great storyline and another stellar book from Stacey!!! **arc from Net Galley and Publisher in exchange for an honest review** |

Good book. I enjoyed it and would read more of this author. |
Overall I found the story be interesting. The writing was good as well. |
ARC received for review 4.5 stars We're back a club Luminous and this time the Dom and the sub have a past. Not together, but a past. Simon dated Chloe's sister, Cassie, who was not a sub or interested in the life in anyway. Chloe, of course, has been in love with Simon all this time. She finally gets in attention and he agrees to train her for someone else. We all know how that's going to end. Lots of hot sex and drama from her sister and his own mind. I'm so ready for Cassie to get hit by a car, fall off a cliff, eaten by a shark, or just go away and stay away. I hope two things that Dom Bennett gets his own story, and that there's a prequel written (or is there already and I can't find it) of Master Dylan and his slave, Gabby who is seriously kick arse. |
I fell in love with Crave Me! I devoured this book. I know for sure if I didn't have to work, I would've read this in one day. I love Simon and Chloe. I love how Chloe wants to learn on becoming submissive and Simon is just the man. They have a history as Simon dated Chloe's sister, Cassie. I was so captured with the book and didn't want to see it end. I was excited to see Haley and Jensen in this book. Can't wait to see more of this series! Love love this book! |
Simon could be brutally honest when he wants to be, "...and I’m here because I want more of you and didn’t want to wait another effing week.” I reached out and pushed a strand of her hair behind her ear, dropping my hand to her neck and holding her firmly. “Is that honest enough for you?” Chloe appreciates her man's sexiness, "he stood at the foot of the bed, between my spread legs, naked and stroking his already hard shaft in slow, but firm strokes. Darn it. He’d gotten naked before I could watch. “Wow,” I said, my voice a mere breath. “You are so sexy when you’re naked.” I loved this book. |
