I read this with my siblings and shared this with my younger followers on my social media platforms and they all thoroughly enjoyed this book. I think this book is useful to help a kid either pray over their problem or even jump start their prayer when they become stuck on how or what to pray. Useful book.

Book with prayers for kids when they are struggling. Kids have a tough time dealing with emotions and this offers them a way to pray, with words given that will provide guidance.

This book is geared towards children, and it offers prayer starters on fifty different topics - everything from right vs wrong, hopelessness, family trouble, to death. The prayers in this book encompass every area of a child's life.

The introduction offers a reaffirmation to the reader that God loves them and He is always there in their times of need. Each topic begins with a relative Bible verse, followed by a pointed description that goes right to the heart of the matter. This is helpful in engaging the child to put their situation in perspective. This is followed by the prayer starters to get the child on course to start their conversation with God.

This book is targeted for 8-12 year olds, but even teenagers will find it useful. I would also recommend this book to parents as a reference for certain topics to better explain situations you may feel inadequate in.

I received this as a free ARC from Barbour Publishing on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

Outstanding, I loved this book. I love that it covers so many areas of difficulties children face - Loneliness, Hopelessness, Schoolwork, Overwhelmed. Bullying, Death and Making Choices.

I believe this book is not only great for children and teens, but would also serve as a great resource for new Christians. It is like a devotional in a sense, there are bible verses, some information such as "You are not alone. God is with you. He will never leave you..." and then a couple of prayers. It is a good way to learn how to pray, particularly if you have never been a praying person before.

I also find the book comforting, knowing that if a child wanted to talk to God about something and didn't want to talk to a grown up straight away that this book would be a great place to start. The words throughout are very wise, gentle and are true to Gods word. I also feel that this would be a great book for parents and a child to work through together, or to refer to when they encounter issues such as being Angry or Afraid.

The contents at the beginning of the book is easily read and contributes to easily locating the topic you require.

A wonderful resource that will become a beloved book of many.
