I loved this book! I could not put it down. This book has it all and then some. Yelled at my kindle a few times like Zan could really hear me and wanted to punt his backside right into orbit.

You read the blurb, in a nutshell Daisy and her two sisters inherit their father's hotel chain. The Carters and The Gillards have a long standing feud that goes back generations. When Zan (Alexander) and Daisy end up at the same resort each of their companies are bidding on for a weekend of "couples fun" Zan claims Daisy as his teammate, all the while behind the scenes his two brothers are buying up the Carters holdings so they can take over their business, ending the angry feud once and for all. When recent events (and Hayson I want you to write this story) about Zan's brother Brayden and Daisy's sister Poppy hit the press, the middle sister Rose, the shoe freak and handler of PR is trying to clear up that mess. Brayden accused Poppy of stealing their business plans. Oh good grief these brothers are juveniles!!

Zan and Daisy kind of hit it off, he runs hot and cold but then turns up the heat with her and wow do they ever steam up the bungalow! Handcuffed together... oh yeah and he's totally into it. Funny thing about Zan though is that while he's doing these things behind her back and he shows no remorse. Not a thing. He makes a bet with her early on in the 4 day weekend and at the end of the weekend it's a draw.

Soon after they return Zan wants them to be more a couple and he can't live without her, blah blah blah and they have to keep business separate from their personal lives and always promise to talk things out?!! Seriously. Does he eat with that lying mouth of his? Not 24 hours later, the bottom drops out. And the brothers are behind it. They manage to take over the Carter's business.

Rose really ticked me off with her anger at both Daisy and Poppy. She couldn't stand there long enough to listen, Poppy is upset because she feels guilty and they both leave Daisy who is CEO (not for long) scrapping collapsed on the floor, her whole life just fell apart.

Things were so intense at this point in the book I think I had the death grip on my kindle. I was waiting for a third shoe to drop. Add a few twists I didn't see coming and the middle brother Tristan who speaks first, thinks later... has his eye on Rose? What? Zan needed a good swift kick in the arse and Brayden is going after Poppy. For his own reasons that you have to read the story to find out why. To find out what makes Zan tick (or not) and Daisy... I loved her. She's strong but caring and doesn't take any crap from Zan.

Read this book... Hayson scored a big hit with this one. Loved it. I hope we do get to see the brothers along with Daisy's sisters in the future.
Great book Hayson!
