This is a very PG reading. Both Takis & Lys are great characters and I loved their story. Having just come back from Crete, I loved reading about the island that I fell in love while on vacation recently.

I enjoy Rebecca Winter's books and usually buy them without reading a review or summary. This is Harlequin at it's finest, a love story that is sweet and happy. It emphasizes family and honor. Lys will do what it takes to honor her guardian's wishes. Takis is stunned when he finds out he is the owner of a successful hotel on his home island of Crete. To protect Lys and out of respect for his family Takis and Lys decide to get engaged. (Just like her guardian hoped). A wonderful quick read in the tradition of Harlequin.
