The final story in the Bandicoot Cove series was both emotional and exasperating. But, Sami Lee did a fantastic job of putting the final piece in this puzzle.

Hayley was something else. I think she was a little confused with what she really wanted from life. Was it freedom or the stability of Mitch? Ty is her friends-with-benefits partner and he’s doing whatever it takes to get her to open her eyes to the difference between what she wants and what she needs.

Ty was a hoot. He knew exactly how to push Mitch’s buttons when it came to Hayley. He had no qualms of having sex in public, especially if he knew that Mitch was in the area. But, I think there was a part of him that would have loved to have been Hayley’s man. He knows how she feels about him and knew that he would lose her in the end.

Mitch thinks all things must have a plan. His plan at the wedding is to get back into Hayley’s good graces. She was the one to walk away because he didn’t have the balls to act on his feelings for her. His sister’s best friend and his employee … never mix business with pleasure. She has one condition for her to be his. He’s not sure if he can do it. But, without any planning, her wish is fulfilled and she walks right into his arms. And, after one over-heard conversation, she walks right out.

I adored this story. Sami Lee really has a knack with words. She gave us just enough sex, just enough angst and a beautiful HEA. I loved how she played Ty against Mitch. I loved how she explained Hayley’s feelings. And, I loved how she turned Mitch around and made him a man worthy of Hayley’s love.

A sexy story about rejection and finding love with someone you despise. Two years ago Haley makes a move for her powerful boss, he rejects her and she runs. Now she's in a happy relationship and her former boss wants her. Will she give in to what she wants or return the favor? I'm interested to read other books in this series.

Two years ago Hayley got a job right out of HS as an intern for Mitchell/Mitch Wood. He had hired Hayley as a favor to his sister -Mach. Hayley falls in love with Mitch who is a very serious man.Mitch was Hayley’s first love. It makes Hayley’s day when she gets Mitch to smile. After a year Hayley decides to make the first move to Mitch and he rejects her and she left Then it was the first time she had seen Mitch in two years Mitch has been haunted in his memory by Hayley. She had been the only woman to break through his walls. Mitch may have had a lot of women he had went out with but Hayley was the only woman he had cared about. Since she had left Mitch Hayley had traveled the world living out of her backpack. It had also changed Hayley’s outlook on material things. It’s her friends Aidan and Mach’s wedding and that is where she runs into Mitch. One look, one touch and Hayley was back where she had been when she left -in love with Mitch. But Hayley had brought her friend-with benefits Ty as her plus one to the wedding. Ty is the polar opposite from Mitch Ty lives his life casually but with Mitch he plans ahead and work comes first as he is a workaholic. Hayley knows Ty doesn’t love her but he does care about her. Mitch is determined to get Hayley back. Hayley is willing to give Mitch a chance but there is a condition.I really enjoyed this novella. It was a hot short sweet read. I liked Mitch and Hayley together but I don’t feel Hayley really did right by Ty. I liked the plot and the pace. I did love Hayley’s spirit. I did like the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I recommend.

Passion is in the air on this island so when Hayley’s past comes back into her life the best way to protect herself is by bring a plus one to the wedding their both attending. After being rejected by her boss two years previous she is not about to show her face alone. Oh no! She has a hot man on her arm and is ready to show Mitch all he’s missed out on. Mitch is kicking himself after seeing Hayley again and isn’t about to make the same mistake again. He is ready to fight anyone for her, including Ty. A little competition never hurt anybody. I would give this novella 4 stars.

Moonlight Mirage is the third book in the Bandicoot Cove: The Wedding series and is by Sami Lee. This is the last of this series of six that was re-released by Entangled Publishing. I have loved every single book and have gotten to know several new to me authors. This book was no exception.

Two years ago Hayley Bryant got a job fresh out of school as an intern for Mitchell Wood. It didn’t take long for Hayley to form a crush on her hot as heck boss. Mitch was a very serious man and the highlight of Hayley’s day was when she coaxed a smile from him. A crush soon changed to love. She was head over heels for the man. So, after a year, she decided to make the first move and things didn’t go well. It was the last time they saw each other, until now.

Mitch has been haunted the past two years by his memories of Hayley. She was the only woman to every break through his shell. Yes he had lots of women on his arm but she was the only one he really cared for. That’s why he had to let her go. He hired her as a favor to his sister, Mack. He had to be the responsible one and make the right decision.

In the two years since Hayley has been gone, she has traveled the world living out of a back pack and experiencing everything. It changed her whole perspective on the importance of material things. It’s her friends Mack and Aidan’s wedding so she has come to Bandicoot Cove and who should she immediately run in to in the bar but the one thing she ran from, the one thing she never really escaped, Mitch. All it took was one look, one touch, and she was right back where she started. She still loved him. But Hayley has brought a plus one to the wedding, her friend with benefits, Ty Butler. Ty is everything completely the opposite of Mitch. He lives life day to day. Hayley knows he doesn’t love her, but he does care about her. Mitch is all about planning ahead, work always comes first.

Mitch knows he let the best thing that ever happened to him go two years ago and he is determined to get her back. Hayley is willing to give him a chance. But she gives him a very difficult ultimatum. If he is able to handle it, she will be his to do with as he pleases.

I love Sami Lee’s writing and enjoyed this installment so much. I loved Mitch and Hayley but I have to admit I felt a little bad for Ty even though I realize he wasn’t capable of what Hayley needed. This book was hotter than hot but also some oh so sweet moments. I can’t help but to wonder how these two do after they leave the island. I guess that means the author did her job and I got emotionally invested because I care enough to want to know that they made it. I have enjoyed my visits so much to Bandicoot Cove and hope to be able to go back soon.

A great second chance romance.
Mitch realizes the mistake he made and tries to win Hayley over.
I really liked this story but I have to be honest and say Hayley made me what to boob punch her at times.

Now with that said, the book held up to it's promise of romance and a whole lot of heat. This series is full of very short books with a pretty hot heat factor. I will recommend this series to family and friends.

Yuck! Hayley goes from having sex with Ty to having sex with Mitch a few minutes later. So gross and slutty. Not a fan of this book.

Mitch and Hayley had a close encounter two years ago that ended badly and caused Hayley to run away but when they meet up again sparks fly. Warning: this book contains graphic scenes and voyeurism between consulting adults.

Hayley is back in Australia and attending the wedding of her former mentor. Before she left on her whirlwind adventure she was an intern for Mitchell Wood. He encompassed her every fantasy and she patiently waited for a year for him to finally notice her. As with all things, Mitchell's past comes to revisit and leaves him absolutely breathless as he gazes at Hayley for the first time in two years. Hayley came to the wedding with her friend Tyler, her buffer, knowing Mitch would also have a date. Of course, he is alone and ready to rekindle where he left off knowing he made the biggest mistake of his life when Hayley left.

Hayley Bryant has changed a lot in the two years since her boss’s rejection sent her running. She’s travelled the world and is now a grown woman who knows just how to get what she wants. But when she sees her former boss again it has an affect on her. But having her sexy friend with benefits, Ty, along as a plus one to a wedding on Bandicoot Cove Island helps a lot..

Mitch Wood has always put business first, except for when he hired his little sister’s friend as an intern. Pushing Hayley away was the right thing to do at the time, but he can’t deny the attraction now. This time, he’ll have to come to Hayley, and her plus one might prove to be a bit of an obstacle. Fortunately, Mitch has never been one to shy away from a little competition.

He was her walking fantasy. She was his heart's desire. Hayley and Mitch could have had something special, but doubt and guilt drove them apart. Two years later, a more maturely experienced woman reenters Mitch's life. Hayley is his greatest regret and largest temptation. Can they let go of the past and take a chance on the present? Once the match is lit, the stage is set for a smoldering heap of temptation that never lets up. Certain scenarios were a tad much but overall the story held it's own.
