Finally an Instant Pot cookbook that is for the everyday cook. The recipes are easy and steps are very easy to follow. The detailed introduction of how the pot can and cannot works will make this a great tool for the new instant pot owner. The author has made cooking with the pot fun and flavorful.
This book will definitely keep cooks satisfied and not having to scroll a long blog post to find the recipe.

This is book is full of useful information about using your multi pot to the full. It is a must read for anyone who has bought one on a whim and wants to exploit it to its full potential. The instructions are very clear and straight to the point and so are the recipes (although I would have liked mush more variety rather than variations on the same type of recipe). It is a great book for helping to ensure that your pot doesn't get shoved into the back of the cupboard and forgotten about. I think there is much more to be tried and explored and I can see the author developed a follow on book. I would have liked to see more pictures, but overall an excellent book and resource.

This cookbook is amazing! The recipes look and sound amazing and there are so many I can't wait to try! Having just bought an instant pot, the basics section and the helpful tips and instant fixes were a lifesaver. I will definitely be buying a hard copy for myself and as a gift to others!
