The All in All Journaling Devotional is perfect for young ladies ( Junior High, High School, Teens and college age, or even young Christian women) seeking to grow in their Christian walk, but that doesn't mean any one over thirty with a youthful point of view might not enjoy it. This devotional explores situations, feelings, problems, that face younger women growing into adulthood, and helps them reflect on these events, feelings, etc. with a Godly point of view. In a daily devotional format, it makes it easy to pick up and commit the little bit of time to read and write out reflections. This does not talk down nor is it preachy, it is anecdotal and allows for a real thought process. The author has not forgotten what it is like to be young, a teenager, or making choices in their younger days. There are 100 entries with questions, and space to write down your reflection. Great for Bible classes for teen women, Christian Camps, Church libraries, Bible class teachers, home schoolers, graduation gifts, for new converts (female).

I am reviewing a copy of The All and All Journaling Devotional through Netgalley and B&H Publishing Group:

If you are in search of a good choice for teens or young women. The author writes this devotional with both wisdom and wit. There are a hundred devotions followed by questions and a reminder to write down prayers.

This book would be a great gift for the young women or teenage girl in your life working to grow in faith.

Five out of five stars.

Happy Reading!

I signed up to receive a digital copy as just a sneak peak. I had already pre-ordered two copies for me and my daughter.
After reading through the digital copy I'm so excited for my physical copies to arrive. It's a hard thing these days to trust a book or author with your teenage daughter. I can't wait for my 16 year old to start her journey in this book. I'll be doing it alongside her because she asked me to. :)
I know that we will grow in our faith, and hopefully our gentle (not too deep cause some things should stay private) discussions will help us grow closer to each other.
Just 5 devotions in to reading through this book I had laughed and cried. I was excited to get my copies just because I follow Sophie Hudson's blog, podcast and other books. After reading the content I'm beyond giddy to start this journey with my daughter.
I know it's geared for young women. The devotions are perfect for them. Full of wit, humor and sneaky wisdom. I also know as a 37 year old momma I got so much just from reading through them myself. So I'm really excited to see where God takes my daughter and I once we break out our pens and get to journaling along.

This amazing journaling devotional is a wonderful book for teens and women of all ages. Throughout the book, the author shares wisdom and knowledge gleaned from her own life experiences. Scripture references, daily prayers, places to journal and heart felt stories, thoughts and so much more. A great gift. I received a copy of this book from the author and publisher and NetGalley and this is my personal honest opinion.

I'm giving this book of devotionals a full five stars after only browsing and skimming from cover to cover, but don't let that lessen the weight of my review. You see, the many days' I read in full were excellent. For each of the entries the author includes an engaging devotional, followed by a recommended daily Bible reading, and then lists several questions for the reader to respond to. It's a great way to get the Word in you in bite sized daily portions and to do so on a very relatable, thought provoking level. Hudson's ability to cut through any pretentious garbage and get real with her readers is evident from the very start. Her introduction gives a good sampling of her heart and humor, both which appear consistently throughout this book. It was this real down to earth approach I found so appealing. Because of this, I wanted to be able to write up a quick, yet completely honest review that still allowed me the opportunity to really dive in and soak up the book's goodness on a daily basis for the full 100 days there are entries for.

Thank you so very much to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for providing me with the review opportunity. I can't wait to spread the word about the All in All Journaling Devotional!

Although this journal seems to be geared toward teenagers, adults can benefit from it also. Presented each day is a devotional with a bible verse to read and questions. The questions can apply to anyone. Some of them really makes you think and I feel it can help you take stock of situations in your life. Sometimes, we do not take the time to be honest with ourselves or to really think about situations we may be encountering. The questions may prompt you and help you reach a decision on various aspects of your life. I will be gifting this book to people I know. Yes, some of the questions may seem they are for teenagers, but even in our adult life we may struggle with some of the circumstances that the questions pose. Wonderful book!!! Thanks to NetGalley, the author and the publisher for the ARC of this gem of a book in return for my honest review.

This series of devotionals makes me happy for two main reasons: it was written by somebody who works with a range of young girls in close contact opposed to somebody who has spent a small amount of time with young women, then secondly, it doesn't start on a specific date. That was always something that annoyed me because I'm the one who always forgets to check on a specific date so to have them each titled "day one" and so on, it made me feel much better if I wasn't able to read a day. A great book that answers some of the most popular questions!

"All in All Journaling Devotional" is a 100-day devotional for teenage girls. Each devotion takes about 5 minutes--it depends on how much time you spend answering the journaling questions. The author covered a wide range of issues, from sexual temptation to handling drama or stress. She had good advice which she delivered with humor and a lot of grace. She doesn't make the reader feel bad about not being perfect. I felt encouraged, loved, and accepted.

The author described events that happened in her life and used them as parables to illustrate a spiritual truth or showed how the situation helped her understand a spiritual truth. She sometimes quoted that day's Scripture verse but usually had you look it up. She also gives four questions to help you think through what she just said. My ebook copy didn't leave any space between the questions, but I think you're supposed to write answers either in the book or in your journal.

The author points the reader to Christ and encourages you to spend time getting to know Him better. She showed how you can find peace, love, and grace in Jesus. Overall, I'd highly recommend this devotional for teenagers, and I think tweens and even young adults would also enjoy it.
