There is so much information in this book. I love that Judith breaks down the herbs into seasons and what to do with them such as planting and pruning. She also provides recipes for each herb and includes some gorgeous photos. I had never thought to use herbs in ice cream! There are so many things I can't wait to try in the next few months with the herbs from my garden. I really enjoyed this book and learned quite a few new things I can implement here at home.

I love herb books! This one is filled with info and incidentals and photos. I know how difficult it can be to find some herbs in stores, so, I, too, grow my own in my garden! Lovely book!

This is a lovely book on herbs. You can really feel the authors passion for the subject. I like the structure of the book as the recipes and information on each herb are all in one place. I loved the authors story and would love a herb garden of my own (would probably need a bit more beginner information though as I am not at all green fingered). I have read other books on herbs but this one is different as I can feel the authors love and passion for the plants and it is more than just a text book. Excellent Thank you

I have always grown the common herbs and have so much more herbs than I can ever use and never knew how I could use them until I read this wonderful Herb book. This is a excellent reference book if you grow herbs. I got so many ideas on what to do with my herbs that I never thought of, like making the perfect herb vinegars and herb oils and more ideas. I loved how the herbs were broken down by seasons and how to grow and care for them. And the tips were priceless.
