When I requested this book, I was up for a promotion at my job and I had a great desire to step up and help the company progress and make changes. By the time I got around to reading this, I hadn't received the promotion and I'd also been made redundant. Reading this now, with all the life experiences I've had in the last few years, I found it useful but aggravating. It will definitely be a good reading choice for anyone still involved with big business or wanting to be a strong entrepreneur.
