Wow. This book was actually a lot different than I thought it would be. I didn't see the suspense subplot coming when I started the book and I liked that it was different than the other two novels in this series. I did enjoy reading this book, but I thought maybe there was a little too much going on? I don't know. I might have to read it again because as I was reading this book, I kept putting it down and picking it back up. It didn't really keep me as engaged as I would have liked but that could also be because this book seemed somewhat longer than the other books in this series, and I thought it dragged in the beginning.

Overall, I really liked this book. It just wasn't my favorite out of the series.

**4.5 stars** Rebel is the third and final book in Rebecca Yarros’ Renegade series and what an ending! While I haven’t gotten a chance to read the first two books in the series (YET), I’m definitely going back and reading more about these Renegades! Loved this one!

This is a great forbidden romance story, but also so much more. Penna “Rebel” Carstairs and Cruz Delgado had smokin’ hot chemistry. Just try and keep these two apart. I loved them together. There’s much at stake for Penna and Cruz and they both could lose so much by being together, but fate has other plans.

A thoroughly engaging read. I loved the characters, the friendships, the hot & sexy scenes and reading about the crazy stunts the Renegades do! What a thrill ride! All the feels with this one!

I loved it so much! I think I even liked it more than Nova. The romance was intense and let's not talk about what happens holy. I didn't have a slight problem with it being a student/teacher relationship, but other than that!

I loved this book. It had everything I loved in a book. Cute couple, forbidden love, alpha male, strong headed woman, super sexy scenes and lots of excitement and a little intrigue. Book 3 in The Renegades series can be read as a standalone (I haven't read the first 2 books, yet). The series follows a group of extreme athletes, and book 3 , Rebel, follows Rebel (Penelope ‘Penna’ Carstairs), who can ride a bike and do tricks like no other. Following one wild night in Vegas where she meets the man of her dreams, Cruz Dalgado (even the name oozes sex appeal), she has to leave with no way of ever getting in touch with him again. Cue hot new professor on campus and we have a story to get your teeth into. Brilliant writing (dual POV), loved the characters and the plot. A complete win win for me. I received an advanced copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This was a great conclusion to a wonderful and exciting series! Rebel is trying to get back to herself after things that happened in the first book of this series. She meets Cruz one night and they hit it off. However, their fun night was short lived and neither gets the other's information. They go their separate ways until Cruz turns out to be Rebel's professor. Cruz is fighting for something and being with Penna could ruin that. Penna has a hard time forgetting Cruz but doesn't want anything to happen to him. This book is full of adventure and has several turns you don't see coming. I will miss all the Renegades but I wasn't disappointed in how everything turned out!

This might be my favorite Renegades book!
Penna Carstairs or Rebel, has no been my favorite Renegade... that is until now.

Penna has been dealing with a lot. Her sister's craziness, her friends all gorging u and finding girlfriends and most of all, her leg injury. Now she is on the mend physically but needs to heal mentally to get back to being Rebel.

Her first stop in doing this, is to do a crazy stunt without The Renegades. She ends up base jumping in Vegas and meeting someone who would change her entire wording the process.

Cruz Delgado knows nothing of Rebel, but the second he meets her, he is hooked. They start off crazy and then things turn from crazy to crazier when he becomes her teacher on the cruise.

Nothing is more wrong then a teacher. student relationship. But it never seemed more right either.
