My biggest take away is to lean into the pain of life and realize that trouble is soul food that helps you grow. Her own life is a testament to this lesson. The book shows how these hard lessons ultimately exist to help you be of service to others. As a founding member of the East Bay Meditation Center, Spring is proving that she walks her talk.

Thank you to NetGalley for the copy of this book - I appreciate the opportunity to read the book, but had a difficult time finishing it. It felt like it jumped around a lot, and didn't read clearly. After about 30% I was really questioning the goals of the book, and didn't follow the direction, or message the author was trying to convey.
