The content is interesting but fairly basic overview that includes not just storytelling but also forays into dreams, fiction, and memories. Generally enjoyable for folks interested in basic popular science in those areas.

Two stars for this reading because I listened to the audiobook, and the reader was Not Good. He did accents (when reading quotes from other authors or outside people) and voices (when reading for children) and they were not good or completely not understandable. Maybe in an effort to make nonfiction more "exciting" his pitch varied widely, which felt very fake. He also mispronounced a surprising number of fairly common words-- leaving the /m/ out of /embellish/ seems like a mistake that should have been caught.
